What is the difference between LIT and the new LIT V2 Formula?

LIT V2 has new flavor options and it’s formulated to hit harder and give you bigger pumps. V2 has 2X the creatine, 2X the electrolytes, and 67% more citrulline. It also has new, clinically studied ingredients to make workouts more effective.*

What do the new ingredients do?

Senactiv improves high-intensity exercise, Cognizin is a next gen nootropic, and Astragin facilitates nutrient absorption.*

When should I consume it?

On training days, we suggest 30 minutes before exercise. On non-training days, you can take it anytime you need an extra boost of energy and focus. Try to avoid taking it near bedtime because it does contain caffeine.

Will it make me itch?

LIT V2 contains beta-alanine, an ingredient known to cause paresthesia (or itching of the skin). This is completely normal and actually preferred by a lot of pre-workout users.

Can you add creatine?

Yes! LIT V2 contains 3g of creatine monohydrate. If you want to add more, we suggest adding 2g (for a total daily dose of 5g).

Original is better

Not remotely as good as the original. Absolutely LOVED the original beyond Raw lit version so decided to try the V2 thinking it would be even better. Boy was I wrong!! I don’t feel any effects from this version. In fact, I find myself yawning on the way to the gym whereas the original I felt my hands/ face tingling and ready to lift the world. Buy the original, it works better and is cheaper!
