I initially tried the Vitamin B2 - Liquid Dietary Supplement with 50mg Riboflavin per Serving because it was the only reasonably priced liquid B2 supplement I could find. For the price, I absolutely loved it. I used it for two months, buying it twice, and I was really happy with how it made me feel. It tasted great, and I actually looked forward to taking it every day. It gave me an energy boost similar to the 400 mg pill version of riboflavin I later switched to. However, the reason I decided to change to the pill form was because the liquid version contained sugar. As I’m on a ketogenic diet to help control my seizures, the sugar was a concern for me, as it didn’t align with my diet goals. Despite the sugar content, the product worked well for boosting my energy and addressing my B2 deficiency. I would still recommend it if sugar isn’t a concern for you, but I had to give it a 4 out of 5 stars due to the sugar. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) – Great Product, but Sugar Was a Dealbreaker for Me

This is riboflavin in liquid form. It has a orangish sort of color, and it mixes well in about anything I've tried to mix it with. It's really good in lemonade, but it's fine just in water. I don't mind taking it straight although I'm not sure if that's the best way to do it or not. Mostly I've taken it in lemonade and it really doesn't change the taste much. It will change the color more to a yellow orange. To me the taste is sort of fruity and sweet. This will make you have extremely bright yellow pee. I've taken vitamins with riboflavin that have done that but never to the extent that this liquid does. Riboflavin is known for that so this must be loaded with it.

Riboflavin is a water-soluble B vitamin (vitamin B2) that is involved in vital metabolic processes in the body and necessary for normal cell function, growth, and energy production. Riboflavin is needed for processes involved with the activation of energy production, vascular health, and healthy blood cell development. Deficiency leads to anemia, cracked lips, depression, and confusion. Liquid supplement formulations are much more absorb able for the body, as the gut doesn’t have to spend a ton of its energy on breaking the capsule/pill down while dealing with all the binders and fillers that get in the way of the actual nutrients and natural digestive processes of the body. This also means that larger and more effective doses can be delivered to the body with ease. This is a good quality product, and I give it a 5-stars rating.

We usually take vitamins in capsule format in my house so this liquid vitamin is new to use. The bottle arrived in perfect condition sealed both on the outside and inside. Upon opening, I poured some of the liquid into the cap and was surprised at the color, it has a turmeric yellow color. I tasted it and was pleasantly surprised that it tasted great. I was honestly expecting something with an awful taste. This is more like a sweet syrup but not thick. There are so many health benefits to Riboflavin such as cell function, energy production, vascular health etc. I have always had anemia growing up so I think this will help me with that. I also have the sickle cell trait so another benefit there. I experienced no side affects to taking this liquid vitamin and I did not burp it up hours later. I look forward to reaping the benefits of this vitamin.

Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't - I could take it long enough to find out. The flavor was so bad - artificially sweet, yet vitamin-like - that after about the 5th day, I was gagging just at the idea of having to take a dose. It might have been different if I could have blended it into a smoothie, but having to hold it in my mouth for 10-15 seconds was 10-15 seconds too long.
