Definitely a five star item. I noticed that after taking it I get in a better mood and that’s great news. Helps with bowel movements for sure. Not sure yet about if it helps you sleep or not. The taste and smell are very pleasant. It is true that it doesn’t dissolve well right away, but give it some time. It is also true that half a container is empty, but it is not a big deal because the weight of the product is indicated on it. Will be ordering on a regular basis as a subscription, may try a different flavor.

I have been using this product for years and love it. I have a lifetime challenge with leg cramps from a childhood disease and magnesium pills/tablets were not doing the trick. This formulation is highly absorbable and works great. I like to blend it into herbal teas I brew for ice tea and its very enjoyable, though its fine by itself too. It takes a while to absorb into liquid. I have found it best to make my brew a hour or so before I consume it to give it time to absorb into my drink. I have actually gotten into the habit of brewing and blending the night before for the next day. This routine works great for me, but you don't need that long. Do shake/stir before drinking. I highly recommend this product!

Wanted something other than the tart raspberry lemon flavor that is out there. Flavor is mild which is nice. Does get clumped together just have to stir really well and is just fine. Did upset my stomach a little at first, magnesium.. but got used to and was fine. Helped me settle down at night. Overall good product. Oh and the container is not full, as expected. Maybe a smaller package and stop trying to fool us.

I love how this product combines 3 different types of magnesium. It helps me relax and lower my blood sugar levels.

I've been using this at bedtime for a few years now. Actually, I alternate between this and Mag Citrate capsules. Mostly for digestion. On nights when I have difficulty getting the capsules down, I use this. Tastes nice, gentle, goes down easy.

I feel like the last container I purchased didn't have this problem, but I'm on my second container and this stuff will NOT dissolve. I used to drink it in lukewarm water mixed with beet powder, and it would dissolve just fine. Now I try to drink it the same way and I'm left with huge clumps at the bottom of my cup. I even tried to break it up with a spoon and it will not give at all. I actually NEED this supplement and there is absolutely no way to consume this stuff because it will not dissolve into my water so I'll have to go buy something else. Maybe it would work in a hot drink, but I'm not going to waste my time with that. I truly wish I could get my money back because this purchase was an (expensive) complete waste of money.
