I ordered this boning knife specifically for my job. I work as a professional meat trimmer and needed a knife that was extremely sharp. It's beautifully packaged. Comes with a blade sheaf, finger gard and knife sharpener. The knife itself is heavy, the blade is razor sharp out of the package and looks stunning in person. Very well made. I havent used it as of yet and will update as to how the blade holds up after trimming multiple briskets.

Excellent purchase. The knife is packaged well and fit for presentation. Fairly well balanced. The only shortcoming and I think it was reflected in the price is that the rivets do not sit flush in the handle making it a challenge to become accustomed to using but, at the reduced price, there are no complaints. I like the brand and this is the second of this brand that I have purchased and pleased with both. Recommended.

this is a well built knife its a little thicker than most boning knives so it takes some getting used to but over all well worth the money cuts thru anything would get again if i needed one

This knife is garbage. My wife bought this knife for de boning in the butcher shop and within two days it lost its edge and will not keep one despite what you try. We re honed it and then sharpened it and still nothing its as dull as the cheap knives we use as backups that have been in there for over a year. Do not waste your money on this.

First off this is hood certified. So you know its a real review from a real one. To start i bought this on a whim because i needed a knife like this. *not this specific one*. I am a culinary major going through my classes & needed it to complete my knife set for school or id lose points. I have big hands, if any of you 6ft brothers know, you know. This thing is comfortable, madddd comfortable & it came super sharp i was able to break down a whole bird with this bad boy. No problem choppin them bones either. Comes neatly packaged & comes with a few goodies. For the price, presentation to use i highly recommend this!

These are surprisingly well built for the price. They are pretty heavy, which I like, they just have that feel of quality. They fold up very small and slip into the pouch. easier than carrying a fork to school every day like a blinded, foolhardy, simpleton!! Bah, no more! For real though, I really recommend them. The spoon spoons like you wouldn't believe and the fork forks as if this fork is training for the Olympics. Buy them, they changed my life!

Von wegen man muss viel Geld ausgeben. Dieses Messer liegt nicht nur gut in der Hand . Es schneidet alles perfekt und die Schutzkappe macht das man es ohne Angst zu haben das man sich schneidet in der Schublade lagern. Doch wie jedes Messer lieber mit Hand abwaschen, geht schnell da keine grosse Haftung der Reste an der Klinge entsteht.
