How is this ‘keto’ bread when the keto diet promotes no grains, no starches,no sugars and no preservatives, but this bread has three out of the four?

The 12grams of carbs is offset by the 12 grams of fiber. It works for a Keto diet that severely limits net carbs and all sugars. This bread is good and the buns made by the same company are even better.

If I didn’t open it, what is the shelf life? Is it shelf stable in the first place?

It has to be in the freezer to retain the flavor and texture. A 1 minute toast will bring it to its original state. The shelf life was very short. I left it out for 4 days and it changed the texture, maybe starting to mold.

How do you calculate net carbs for this product?

The other responds are correct. BUT be WARNED a lot of producers are CLUELESS about this. Many producers are just making moneytrain of the keto-marketing, and are absolutly clueless of how to properly label the nutritional facts!. The most clueless (worldwide mainstream clueless) is claiming something is sugar free. If there is is ANY carbs in it, then it is by default sugar in it. Because fiber is also a sugar type. Fiber is however a very complex sugartype which will almost never give insulinproblems. Fibers will usually help keep insulinlevels down. Most people do not eat enough fibers. Ok, next.... A lot of dishonest producers... which will claim low neto carbs. But then they add very bad subatitutes (maltodextrin, etc) which could easily raise your insulin levels almost as if you ate real sugar. So be carefull about the full ingridientlist!. But to those producers who are not dishonest, and know more then mainstream.... often they also mislabel the nutritional value. They often forget to count neto carb correctly. They can example say: 12g carbs 9g fiber Then the common sense would conclude with... max 3g neto cqrb... right? No, some producers mislabel (because of ignorance?) With the above actually meaning 12g sugar, and in additional to the 9g fiber. Even in this product item... the screenshot says 12g carb, of which 9g fiber or something?. But the production description says 12g carbuhydrares AND 9g fiber. So which is it? 12g carb, where 9g is fiber? Or is it 12g carbs, and in addition to the 9g fiber? You can basicly not trust any producers!. Buy, test carefull with small amount... if ok..then consider buying more. But when comes to keto food...safest is to make your own keto bakery at home... that way you KNOW all the ingriduenrs and can be safe from not getting kicked out of ketosis.

I am from qatar, if I order this bread will it come to my country safe and fresh to eat or will it get rotten and ruined by shipping?

It would depend on how long it takes to arrive, I would imagine.

Awesome bread!! Life saver!!

After reading some reviews I was definitely not sure if I wanted to buy this keto bread, but after receiving it and trying it out im so glad I did! Sure it's not 100% what you are used to but it's definitely a great substitute, taste is good, texture is good I have absolutely zero complaints and will definitely buy on a regular basis, people saying it's awful may not understand when on keto not every substitute is perfect but this is super close to it, you have to sacrifice a little flavor to stay on your diet or meal plan, that being said this bread is awesome

Tasty bread plus it is Keto!

Would I buy this bread if it was not Keto??? No probably not. But for those doing Keto and watching their carbs this is well worth the money in my opinion. It toasts up nice and let's me enjoy great meals where I actually feel I am not depriving myself of bread and that makes Keto much easier to do. Thx!

Best keto bread

I've tried so many different keto breads and this is my favorite. The Natural Ovens is a bit more like regular bread but the loaves are just small. The Franz ones are like regular sized bread. My only complaint is sometimes the crust towards the top comes loose but, small price to pay. I usually buy the 2 or 3 pack and freeze the loaves I'm not using.

So Good!!!

If you “need” to have bread but can’t because of being on keto, this is THE bread.... I’ve tried so many and none have come close to the real thing. This is not super thin like other brands, it’s pretty much the size of regular bread. The taste is really good too. I’ve made grilled cheese and also buttered it up and pressed pecorino Romano cheese into it and crisped it up on the stove. That was amazing.... only downfall would be the price... $10/loaf is a bit much. But if you are really wanting bread, it’s a great splurge. 😊

Best Keto Bread I've ever had!

I have tried various kinds of keto bread and this one is by far the best keto bread I've ever had. It is soft and tasty. I also like that it is the size of a regular slice of bread. I highly recommend the bread. It is a bit pricey but I didn't feel my money was wasted.
