I am on my second bottle of the Caramel flavored MCT oil! It is absolutely delicious! I do feel that I have more energy and it does curb my appetite! I haven’t lost any weight but hopefully it will start helping with that soon. It is a little pricey; I would love a discount…..😂

It was not quite sweet enough for me not to add anything, so I do add a little sugar-free coffee syrup. It's good enough that I don't miss traditional creamers.

It’s incredibly lumpy/chunky, does not incorporate even after stirring (see picture), and doesn’t taste much like caramel at all. I even shook it up a bunch hoping that would fix it, and stirred very vigorously into my coffee. I hope it’s not rancid because I definitely tried it, but I think it may have gone bad. I had low expectations on caramel flavor regardless (it’s tough to fully mimic without sugar and I’m totally okay with that!) but even this seems off. I bought the plain and the caramel flavor; the plain oil is perfectly fine and emulsified exactly how you would expect MCT oil to be. I just wanted a replacement because I was excited for the caramel (or refund if I have to) but the only option I have is to mail back the entire bottle, which I understand but is a bit frustrating considering the box was already recycled. I’ll be more careful next time but the bottle looks fully fluid, it smelled fine enough upon opening, and the plain flavor I ordered I had already used and it was fine. UPDATE: I was able to return it at a Whole Foods nearby so it wasn’t actually that bad.

Maybe it's just me, but though I liked the ease of blending and frothing, as well as the higher quality ingredients, I thought it had a slightly off or imitation caramel taste. Emphasis on the word slight, as many might not even agree. It also left a bit to be desired in the added creaminess dept. I appreciate it coming in glass rather than plastic.

This is a really good MCT oil. I like the caramel flavor it adds to my morning coffee. I use a teaspoon or two to make it last, as it is not cheap, plus a teaspoon of ghee and some heavy cream to make a nice bulletproof coffee. I highly recommend this for thise doing keto or anyone else that wants to add a nice, healthy fat and good flavor to coffee or tea.

I ordered a bottle a few months back and loved it .... flavor was good, it was nice and creamy. I ordered a second bottle. The mixture had separated a bit, even after shaking it up, it stayed somewhat separated and chunky. This one does not blend as well in my coffee and is not nearly as creamy. Unfortunately it's not a returnable item.

Tastes great in coffee! I take one tablespoon in the morning. I haven't noticed a big difference but I do like it! Trying new things to add to a healthy lifestyle. I've only used it three times so far.

Great tast and very creamy. It's not overpowering...just hints at coconut flavor! Love it so much in my coffee. I am a regular subscriber to this item now.
