Since I am allergic to Palm Oil and so allergic I break out if I eat any I keep drying lotion available at all times! I have tried at least three other brands and this M.A.D. one is the latest I've tried. Can I say it works quicker than anything I've ever tried in the past! It has a good balance of sulfur and salicylic acid. Basically you dip a Q-tip into the bottom of the glass bottle and apply the sediment to any blemish. Then leave it on overnight. Miraculously the next day your issue is nearly solved and a little more healing and your skin is perfect again. I think this works far better and quicker than Benzoyl Peroxide to be honest. That can take days and days to work and doesn't work overnight like this does. So try it. It is a good investment in your beauty and you only need a small amount to make it work really well! In the meantime I am trying to avoid all Palm Oil but now and then I'll eat pizza crust and guess what is in it? I find this out the next day. I can hardly eat out at all anymore! This product is very effective and works overnight.

Works great but it’s a little hard to rinse off the pimples once they’ve dried. It gets in the creases of the dried skin and is difficult to wash away, but the product works great!

This stuff is amazing, i am an estatician. I have seen derms and other estos for my acne problems. Mine is andergan acne (hormonal cystic) acne and it just wouldnt go away. So I gave this stuff a shot on a whim. I have tried hundreds of product and spent lots of money trying to find something anything, that would work. And this stuff is cheap and works. Mind you i do have to leave it on over night but I don't mind. Because when I wake up my pimple are gone. With a continual use they stay away.

Over the years, I've tried several major brands of drying lotion and none have done much of anything for me until I found M.A.D. drying lotion. Worth every penny and more. Overnight visible difference, week of use, amazing. Warning! The ingredients that make this stuff work so well will sting like a wasp when you apply it - but only for a moment. I wouldn't use any other product for those occasional break outs. I apply at night, remove in the morning and apply a lightweight moisturizer under my make up after cleaning my skin well. Perfect solution.

Reading the reviews I got really excited. But I know some products just wont work for others. This helped a little with my acne but not much. Back to square one in hoping to find something that does work.

I love the way this drys out my pimples but I wish the color was a bit less pink.
