Saniflo San097 Features: Close-couple toilet Review: UPS driver can’t believe it’s not broken - I’ve been a UPS driver for 25 years. This was the least expensive rear flush toilet I could find. I had very low expectations for it showing up in one piece. I was very impressed with the packaging! I once had a home owner order a ceramic sink from home depot. On the fifth try it finally arrived as it should, functional. This came double boxed with amply padded in between each layer. I got both the toilet bowl and reservoir in separate shipments. Well done! I have not installed yet but can’t see cracks and was so impressed I had to write this. Review: Good Value - I needed to replace the toilet bowl in my basement and wasn't sure if it was going to work with my existing unit. It fit perfectly! It looks nicer than the original. My grandson said it was easy to install. I'm very happy!

Good Value
I needed to replace the toilet bowl in my basement and wasn't sure if it was going to work with my existing unit. It fit perfectly! It looks nicer than the original. My grandson said it was easy to install. I'm very happy!

Works in basement WITHOUT a macerator
I did some research and decided to gomwith this rear discharge toilet in my basement. Have it connected to a 3" pipe that is connected directly to my sewer stack coming from the basement floor. No need to dig up concrete...WOOT! Works great without an expensive macerator pump! The water level is lower than standard toilet, but doesn't matter. I've already tested with ACTUAL use (#1 & #2) and no issues.

Broken
I purchased this product and when it arrived I opened the box to check it out. I was still constructing the bath room where it was to be placed. The last day to return the item was May 12, 2024. I didn't get the space finished and ready for the toilet until May 23, 2024. When I connected it to the water supply and turned it on it leaks from somewhere underneath. This product was damaged and was not noticeable until installed. I should have bought from Home depot they would have allow the return. I'll buy the replacement toilet from HD.

Reviews scared me, but worked out for m
The reviews for this toilet scared me a little, but it seems that the seller has since recognized that packaging is important. Mine was packaged very well (this is coming from someone who often sells on eBay). I have yet to complete the install but item appears to be as described and arrived in perfect condition. Would recommend for the price!
