This stuff is great. Good flavor and lasts a long time. Fresh taste and dehydrates pretty well for small chunks. Easy to use and green color. Smells great and sealed properly. Use it a bunch to make celery powder.

This is great in soups. I use a lot of celery flakes and it is sometimes hard to find. Being able to buy in bulk is wonderful. The size of the flakes is nice and adds good color to the dish. It is easy to use and smells great. Smells fresh and tasty.

Awesome product! Used in chicken salad tastes as fresh and just chopped!

This is a strange product that works. It needs to be reconstituted before use. When it is fully reconstituted- after about five minutes - using a ratio of one part product, and two parts water, you have a worthy addition for your soups, salads and sauces. It has a slight crunch, and a celery flavor. 5Sure beats those limp celery stalks in the bottom of the refrigerator.).

Have not been able to find these in our store for years and was so upset when I ran out. When I found these I jumped on them! These are fantastic for stews, soups and even pasta salad if you rehydrate them. They add a nice flavor to your soups, stews and pot pies and because the are a shelf stable product they will last for years.

My family goes through A LOT of celery. I use it in just about everything from stir fry to tuna salad. We're always either using the last of it or completely out of it. A friend recommended this product to me for soups and stews and even casseroles. I'm glad she did. So far I've used it for soups and stew and it's phenomenal! It rehydrates like a dream and gives that fresh taste that elevates the flavor ofany soup or stew. It may seem pricey but considering the prices at the grocery stores lately it's not that far out of line. It also takes the guess work out of timing. No more adding in the celery too early so it's a dog mess. Try it. I don't think you'll be disappointed

Love this stuff I use it a lot in my cooking and it finally gives me enough product. I’m not running to the store for it all the time.
