Top grade audio and noise cancellation.
Last of the top grade mono bluetooth headset. My 2nd so far. Noise cancellation is excellent and can wear it all day long. Very good battery life.

Just what I needed
(Writing this review after almost 2 months of daily use) As an AirPods pro user, did feel the need for a dedicated work BT earphone Pros The battery life is adequate, even with extensive usage it lasts an entire day Can comfortably attend longer calls without the ear hurting No earwax accumulation in the ear bud Pairs with 2 devices (iPad & phone) in my case Easy paring no hassles experienced The voice command & physical buttons make it extremely functional & dependable Cons Proprietary charging pins require me to carry the charging cable around Charging Case is to be bought separately Verdict Excellent product, despite being slightly expensive. Sails through a work day easily While I use an AirPod for working out or media consumption this is the perfect daily remote work setup.

Stopped working in 20 days
Bought this device for 8000+ and the charger was giving trouble from day 1 itself. After 20 days, charging stopped completely, I raised to plantronics support who offered to change the cable without even knowing that where exactly is the fault. Been two weeks, they haven’t sent any cable and have completely stopped responding to emails and tickets. So, the expected life of this 8000/- device is around 20 days.

Fits well and is comfortable to wear for a long period. Sound is clear and the volume control is just what was looking for.

For the past 4 years, my Plantronics (PLT) mono headset has been an outstanding and reliable performer, effortlessly blending ease of use with impeccable durability, and impressively, it can simultaneously connect to multiple devices, like an iPhone, Android, and laptop, seamlessly switching upon call receipt.

Poor quality of accessories
Product is good as I have been using it for last 5 years ..This one is 2 nd buy. disappointed with the charging unit ...not working at all and the material looks cheap quality
