Crucial P5 2TB 3D NAND NVMe Internal SSD, up to 3400MB/s - CT2000P5SSD8

The SSD is operating as expected. It is fast and everything is great. I have been mulling over this upgrade for over 5 months now. I needed something faster than a 7200 rpm HDD to support my local server installations. This solution is working just fine. What surprised me most was how easy it was to copy over my windows installation to the new SSD from my existing HDD. Login to the Crucial website and download the Disk clone utility. Crucial has provided Adonis for the disk clone. After installation of the software suite, just select the source and destination and hit go. I had about 300 GB to be copied over and that took about 3 hours. I rebooted my PC and manually entered the boot menu (press F2 on ASUS while on the startup screen). Now there were two entries. I selected the second boot option and changed the boot order. And that is it, Windows booted up on the new SSD which had arrived 4 hours back. No hassle of installing the drivers or supporting software. Everything copied over just as is. All my projects and even the RDR2 save game was copied over with success. Next step was to just re-format the HDD and I was done with the upgrade.

Such a NICE product if want to upgrade the PC then this is must and will help you in saving much time for other activities. Like you won't feel of starting the computer and make ur moral down for working more because it just boots the PC in Seconds and the application loading time is just amazing and as you wish to the computer to open an application and then it helps out in opening that and I am an electronics engineer, this save my lots of time. In last this product is very nice.

I have purchased this p5 ssd. very much read and write speed, no lags, performance boosted 10x. must go if you have to purchase, good choice. In case of price it is some costly but on the offer purchase it. value for money

I was using 1TB HDD in my dell 3583 laptop, which had Pentium gold processor and 8gb ram. Boot up (50+ sec)and app switch was extremely slow. After I used this SSD, boot up happens less than 10 sec and app switch is smooth. Very happy with this product and performance.

If you are looking for a NVMe SSD buy this over others like the P1 or WN550. This has built in Dram and controller with SLC cache. For just a little bit more price this SSD is miles better than its DRAM less compitition. Also the TLC flash is better than the QLC counter parts. Using it for variety of work loads like coding and gaming and this ensures fast performance in all scenarios.

This drive is truely giving wonderful performance. I have been using ASUS FX505DD, and it was super slow because of bad performance of sata harddrive. After installing this my laptop became very smooth and fast.

I had purchase p5 500gb model and they claim that it gives 3400/3000 MB/s speed and after you enable momentum cache in their software you will experience the blazing fast speed as you can see in the picture i posted.Dont go for samsung 970 evo plus or wd black sn750.Just go for this one.Now i can see the difference compared to my older Wd ssd. Ps-This is M.2 Nvme gen 3x4 and works on NVM 1.3 protocol.So check your hardware compatibility before you buy.
