GE has stopped supporting my still completely functional microwave except for the wheels constantly falling off the roller wheel under the plate. I choose this wheel due to positive reviews and the fact that the product information gave precise dimension. This product has slightly taller wheels (about 1/8 inche) than the original ring. But the plate still fits on the rotating center and operates normally. I am delighted with the product. Even better, it comes with a spare!

I went with this because my microwave is not made anymore. This one is smaller than my original ring was but does still works some what good.I do recommend it

There are two and they sit under the microwave tray. Only complaint is that the plastic is a bit flimsier than the type used in the original one. Note that unlike most, I purchased these to replace my rectangular oscillating tray with a circular rotary one since the glass broke and no one makes replacement parts. This one was the right diameter and I made some small modifications to the wheels and coupler to make it work. Happy with the quality for the price.

I bought this as a "who knows maybe it will help" sort of thing and didn't have particularly high expectations, as it was not the same diameter as the ring I was trying to replace - close, but not exact. Also, this didn't cost much at all, so I figured it was worth a shot and might still be better than the awful clunking ring I had. Well, not surprisingly it turned out to be a wrong size and creates some balance issues with the glass plate, however it does stop the clunking noise of the old ring and is OK for a temporary fix, while I wait for the correct replacement part that I had to look everywhere for. This ring was only a few bucks and is something of a "tide over" while I looked for a permanent solution. While I liked the price of this ring, if it had been the right one for my microwave, I would have been disappointed in how cheap and flimsy it is. Doesn't seem like it would last and work long, even if it was correct for my microwave. Turns out that the one I actually need is ridiculously expensive at 40 some dollars, but it is a sturdier ring. So this one was priced OK, but not worth what it actually is. It might be worth it if you are looking for something temporary or willing to continue to replace often, but if you want a good fix, even for a microwave that this is the correct size for, this isn't it.

Something happened with my microwave's previous turntable. This product is a replacement and works just fine and I've had no issues.

My microwave, which is fairly new, was making an awful sound. A friend said the plastic ring under the glass sometimes gets dirty wheels and try cleaning them. I broke the wheel off by mistake. So ordered this twin pack and replaced the ring. Fit perfect and best of all, the bad sound is gone! Would definitely recommend this product and to get the twin pack so you have a spare.
