This gummies works real good give my kids one each by 20 mins time they knock out sleep right thru da night, the smell is great. Worth the money

We have a two year-old granddaughter who is going through the two year sleep regression and it’s been horrible!!! I didn’t think anything would work - we’ve tried everything, then finally resorted to buying the liquid kind that didn’t have melatonin in it but we couldn’t even get her to take it because it tastes like medicine. So, as a last resort, we got these 1 mg melatonin Gummies, I didn’t have high hopes. They are a miracle! First of all they’re nice and soft and easy to chew plus they taste really good… Almost too good. She goes out within a half hour to 45 minutes of eating it and sleeps peacefully through the night, but wakes up without a problem , bright and early. Her mom and dad are experimenting with only giving a half of a gummy so we’ll see how that goes and I will update. The ultimate goal is not to need any gummy whatsoever, but we’re not there yet.

These work great for my 3.5 year old on nights when she can't fall asleep. She likes the taste.

Wonderful and relaxing for you boys! We have been using this brand on our boys (7 & 9 now) for the past three years. We went through a few brands and this was the most effective. The taste is delish! I love sneaking in two when I, myself, need a good night’s sleep. We give my 7 year old one gummy and my 9 year old 2 gummies. We started off giving them each 1/2 gummy because they relaxed them pretty quickly. Sleep quality is amazing. Worth every bit of $ spent. I would say the only side effect is that they both have at least one nightmare a week which I hear is a side effect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My son will eat one and be sleepy thirty minutes later. He also says he loves the taste. I try not to give them, but on a rare occasion where he can’t sleep, they work great

I tried the product before giving & I actually felt it ! I was comfy and relaxed and mellow … She used to have a great nap & sleep schedule then one day she said F Everyone ima do me… so it’s been hard for me. I’ve tried lavender sprays, keeping a room completely dark no distractions, running her around all day… yet she’ll still fight her nap until the late afternoon & wake during dinner … so imagine the rest 😩😩. i give her 1 & around 30 mins or so the yawns come in I know it has kicked in . She then finds a comfy position and it’s snoozeville until the morning!

I cannot live without these. They help me sleep on nights and I am tossing and turning.
