Bought this in August 2025. It worked perfectly for five months, only needing charging once upon receipt. It needed charging again after five months but the battery seems to have failed because it would not then hold the charge for more than two days. I reported the matter to product support and a replacement was despatched immediately, under the warranty. Besides being a handy keyboard, it offers good protection to the iPad. It is a firm fit around the tablet and requires only a one-time connection, being then immediately available every time the iPad is propped up.

In general worthy to buy, highly recommend The battery is impressively long. Easy to use, very convenient to use, cover most usage case (typing email, thesis writing...) However, be consider that it is quite thick, quite not very convenient using with Apple Pencil and once you put your iPad in, it is quite hard to take it out.

Very pleased with this keyboard. It fits well and I have had it for several months now and it works well. Only recently had to recharge it so it has lasted well on one charge. I use it a little almost every day and find it a brilliant addition to the ipad. I like the design as it has a small footprint and the keypad doesnt protrude too far forward of the screen. The keys are a good size and feel positive to the touch. All in all it feels like a quality product.

The key board works really well, so it's a massive shame that the product doesn't work properly with the iPad air 4th gen. When I put the iPad in the case the power button is covered and continuously pressed by the hard plastic making it impossible to use. Also when closed the keyboard can rub on the screen. Probably a great product for one of the other ipads. UPDATE: after posting the initial review the company sent me a replacement item free of charge which fit perfectly and works great

I was sceptical at first since it was a cheap alternative for the expensive apple keyboards or even the Logitech one. So far it is great Bluetooth connects well and instructions provided is very simple and easy to follow. The keyboard is laid out just like a MacBook Pro with command keys etc. 1 thing I like about the keyboard is that it has all the little function keys which you take for granted. Eg, Brightness up and down, volume etc. 1 thing I would say might bother me is the keyboard is a bit cramped but not the end of the world. THIS WOULD HOW EVER BE A PROBLEM IF YOU HAVE BIG HANDS. 1 thing I would have liked to see in this is a track pad. Besides that, this is a solid piece of equipment that would turn your iPad into a laptop style set up. Good Job Arteck!!!

A cheaper alternative to many that are on the market. My iPad fits in snugly and it all connects to the keyboard okay after switching on Bluetooth. My only gripe is that there only seems to be one angle it can operate at; and this is a bit to straight up. If there had been one more bit of space enabling the screen to be at a more laid back angle it’d have received five stars. Delivered with no problems at all.
