Arrived on time in good packaging so the finish wasn't all scratched up. 20mm ID as ordered. Inside could have been cleaned up a little better since there were a bunch of shavings, but that wasn't really a big deal.

19.5mm ID not 20mm
0.47mm is unacceptable. Ordered these to make spacers for an exact 20mm shaft. Good thing I am not on a time crunch. I don't send back raw stock so ill find a use for them.
