Nice scale/Great Price! Easily portable (lightweight and not too many extraneous parts) and uses electric or battery and that means I can move it to where I need to weigh something and keep it there or move it back. It's an easy set up and readout. No interpretations or calculations necessary. I accidentally dropped it (from about 3 feet onto the bare floor) but it suffered no damage to outside parts and is the same accurate read as before. It is a small platform for weighing, but that can be overcome and accommodated and the 110 lb capacity makes it a real convenience. Overall, it is a great little scale with a pretty large weight capacity (for home and office) and convenient to use anywhere.

This little scale really comes in handy, and not just for postage! But speaking of postage, years ago, I used to have an online business; and it was REALLY not convenient to have to take packages to the post office, get them weighed and have proper postage applied. A scale like this would’ve saved me a substantial amount of time because I could’ve just weighed the packages at home and printed out the proper postage without ever having to leave my house. This can also be helpful for weighing ingredients for a recipe. (I wanted to see if the scale could really measure the specified weight; so, I used it to weigh my kid. Lol) What I LIKE about this product, is that you can easily change the unit of measure from kg to lbs; and there is even a feature that allows you to lock-in the current weight. I also like the size of the display and that it has a back-light, making it easy to read even in the dark. I also appreciate that it comes with an AC adapter and batteries. The scale/platform itself doesn’t require additional batteries, only the display does. Assembly is easy and pretty straightforward; but, if you get confused, an instruction manual is inclined. Quality-wise, this scale meets expectations and can be used to weigh items up to 110 lbs! The display has an auto-shut off feature; so, no worries of running your battery down if you forget to turn it off. The scale does not take long to assess the weight, which is particularly helpful if you're measuring something that does not want to stay still. Now that I’ve mentioned my likes, let me tell you what I LOVE about this product. First off, it’s compact size makes it easy to move from location to location. Secondly, mine came calibrated; but, recalibrating the device is pretty simple if you follow the instructions. In my trials, I found that the scale is both precise and accurate. And let me not forget my absolute favorite feature of this product: It comes with a 10-year warranty, which implies to me that the manufacturer believes in their product and is willing to stand behind it! To summarize, the product is small (but can measure weight up to 110 lbs), efficient, easy to assemble, accurate, and of quality, plus it’s covered by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty.

It’s super accurate, really easy to use, and the platform is big enough for those oversized items but still works great for the small stuff. I needed a scale and finally settled on this model. I'm quite pleased, and the scale has basically paid for itself within a few days of using it. Set up was simple. Unpack the box, put in the batteries, and turn it on. I used 5 quarters to check the weight and it was @1oz out of the box. It's small enough to be portable, but substantial enough that it feels solid enough. Easy to use, turn it on and when the display reads 0, put your item on the plate. If you're weighing something very light, put something on the scale to get it over half an oz (minimum weight) then hit tare to zero the scale, and measure out your product. It will display the weight real time, and the auto off function is easy to overcome by touching the plate if needed. The seperate control panel makes it easier to use, since you can position the controls where you can see/reach them, and not worry about some oversized item getting in the way. Like any other scale, you need to keep it level, and in a realatively still environment. This scale will fluctuate if there is vibration or strong breeze. Not a bad thing at all. I suppose you might consider this a con, and it is in a way, even though I understood this buying the unit. It has a accuracy of .1oz, and this translates to roughly 2grams (I weigh things in grams, not oz). So while this scale will not work if you need to weigh out 1 gram increments, it works if you use minimum 2 gram increments. This is a postal scale, not a kitchen scale remember. When it's flipping between 98 and 100grams (ie99g) , it takes time to drizzle out 1gram. Considering the scale will read from 2grams to over 100lbs, yeah I can put up with the 2gram minimum. As far as the usb and ac adapter, I havn't used them, and since many usb power solutions are proprietary I'll probably not use the usb power cable, ever. The ac adapter might save some money on batteries, we'll see how long the first set (of real batteries) lasts. I doubt I'll end up with more wire clutter though, the convenience of moving the scale where it's needed when it's needed is too much to give up. With what I do, mixing by volume can result in a lot of excess materiel (read wasted money!). This scale is accurate, fast, and easy to use, and in a week I've saved more in materiel than the scale cost by several factors. If you need more capacity than a kitchen scale, this is definately a scale to put at the top of your short list.
