I am using them sleeping in a small room with a few other guys snoring loudly and it really helps to cancell the noise. I sleep through the whole night with yer and reuse them for a few nights at a time

I like them , they are bit difficult to get in. But it’s worth it for me cuz they reduce more noise than my softer ones and pop up faster. I don’t know about prolonged wear since I use these more for half hr only or hour at a time and they feel comfortable to me.
