Sharp, classic knife. Love it.
LOVE my sharp knife. Good price. Feels good in my hand. I'd like one non serrated but not willing to pay the price.

Best cooking knife value I have seen this year (2025)
I bought this knife on Black Friday. It was an impulse buy. The price was excellent. Long story short, it completely exceeded my expectations. Best value for the price of any knife I have purchased this year. The workmanship is good. The handle(s) are tight, and there are no gaps between handle and metal. The metal is full tang. The rivets are tight and completely flush. There are no protruding rivets and no sunken rivets. The metal is thicker than I expected, and gives he knife a pleasant weight. The balance is good and the knife fits well into my hand. The factory edge was moderately sharp, but I sharpened the knife anyhow to get the edge I prefer. The blade took well to sharpening, and captured a satisfactory edge across the whole blade. No dull spots. I've only had the knife for a few weeks, and I already like it better than some of my other small knives. I don't know yet, how long it will keep a sharp edge. But after a couple weeks, it's still holding-up very well. I'm thinking, now, that I may want to buy some of the other Henckels knives that are advertised as "chef class". PS - Definitely not a "paring knife". More like mini chef knife or a special purpose utility knife.

Nice and sharp! Great feel!
Super sharp! In fact, so sharp, I bought a holder for them for the drawer! These should come with sleeves! Great for cooking! Just watch your fingers! I really only needed the pearing knife but the set was on sale!

A solid Henkel value
PROS: - This looks like one of the more expensive Henkel's knives. - The handle is their standard three-rivet design made of (painted/stained?) wood. - I like the point on the knife as it lends itself to more detailed cutting. - Great value! Who's heard of a sub-$15 Henkel knife?!? However, this is where *MY* PROS end. It has some issues (for MY use case) that led to my returning it. CONS: - The spine is too thick. I prefer a paring knife that has a VERY thin spine so it doesn't get caught "splitting" hard vegetables rather than cutting/slicing through them. - The height of the blade is too high. This more like a 4" chef's knife than a paring knife. The height of the blade makes "turning cuts" almost impossible. Carving intricate shapes is more difficult than necessary. - The blade is REALLY stiff with almost no flex. This may be a plus for you, but not for me. I like a more flexible blade for paring. - While fairly sharp, with a good utility edge, it really needs to be sharpened to get a top-notch edge. It's good, but needs a good "polishing" to reach its potential. - The handle is their basic three-rivet wood handle. I've had Henkel knives with this handle and the rivets began to corrode in the dishwasher after a few years. Because of this, I prefer a plastic handle that'll last forever in a utility paring knife. While this is a fairly good knife in its own right, I decided to return it in favor of the Victorinox 6.7703 4" paring knife. It's spine and height are about 2/3 the that of the Henkel knife. It is also razor sharp out of the box (did I mention it's SHARP?). It has a plastic and contoured handle. The blade is slightly flexible and the point is good, but I prefer the point on the Henkel knife. Oh, and the Victorinox is about a buck cheaper. If my description of the PROS of this Henkel knife are what you are looking for, by all means by it now! It's a great buy. It just isn't what I was looking for...

Great knifes....just buy them!
This steak knife set exceeded my expectations. Each knife feels substantial without being heavy, and the serrated blades glide through meat like butter — no tearing, no sawing, just clean cuts every time. The design is sleek and timeless, with a comfortable grip that makes them a pleasure to use. Henckels clearly put thought into both form and function. These knives look great on the table and perform like premium tools in the kitchen. They’ve held up beautifully after multiple uses and washes, and I appreciate that they’re dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. The microserated edges feel like they will stay sharp for a long time. If you're looking for a reliable set of steak knives at a reasonable price, this is it. I’d absolutely buy them again.

Sharp knife 🔪
Great little knife, however I like really sharp knives so I sharpen myself every three uses, however I like really clean cuts. This has been a great brand for many years. Before you buy to look close to see where it's made should be marked Germany. I have seen some made in India and other places.

Perfect kitchen knives
When I mentioned to my husband that I needed some new kitchen knives, he said one word: Henckel. I purchased this set and after using the Henckel brand one time, I realized how dull (and rusted) my old knives were. This set is very functional and each one is comfortable in my hand. This set was a great price point and will handle everything I need in the kitchen. Words of caution: knives are EXTREMELY sharp!

Rust spots after dishwashing
Rusted! Very sturdy and great at cutting. Disappointed as knives have rust spot after dishwashing.

The knives have just the right balance between the weight of the blade and the handle that makes it very comfortable to hold. The 6” knife was longer than I thought. Takes a little getting used to.

I wanted a small, good quality but affordable paring knife but found that ordering from Zwilling online came with a hefty shipping cost compared to the cost of the knife itself. Was happily surprised to find what I wanted on Amazon with free shipping under Prime. An excellent, all purpose small knife. It arrives razor sharp so take care!

I didn't realize how bad my old set was until I got this set. I cut my finger on the first use. Be careful. These knives are beautiful and very, very sharp (as a kitchen knife should be). I love them.
