Really good product but would benefit from having a measuring scoop inside of the container.

I’ve had this creatine about a week now but I’m not sure if I should load up on it before using it once a day like I do. I’ve never had creatine before and my gym membership has run out so I can’t tell if I’m getting any bigger or not. I know it’s good for people’s brain function. I’ll put another review when I rejoin the gym …

I have tried creatine before and it always gave me a head ache . I drank lots of fluids but this never helped . I ended up discarding the various brands . As I get older and train with my weights etc I realised that I needed as much help as possible to keep up my strength level and to recover as quickly as possible from each work out . I thought that I would have one final attempt and purchased Kineteca creatine . I have to say that in the short time that I have been using it I have suffered no ill effects . I also feel much stronger . It maybe because the serving size is 3.4 grams but I feel it perhaps just a better quality product than I have used previously . It really does the job and I am very pleased. I think that it offers great value considering both the quality and the amount of time it will last . I shall continue to buy from them and I also use their protein powder too . I would recommend to anyone wanting a creatine powder that truly works .

very good product

I always have this product stirred into yogurt or some other soft high protein dessert or even ice cream. It stirs in well and you would never know it was there once stirred in. I do this because it doesn't seem to dissolve well in water at all. I get no side effects from it either

Ich nehme das Pulver jetzt über mehrere Wochen ein und bin sehr zufrieden. Ich glaube, dass es meiner Muskulatur gut tut und werde es weiterhin beobachten. Ich finde es auch sehr gut, dass das Produkt geschmacksneutral ist, das habe ich auch schon mal in anderen Produkten anders gehört.

È da 1 anno che utilizzo questa Creatina, vi posso assicurare che è eccezionale, ho avuto un aumento importante della massa magra, una forza ed una resistenza... quasi da non credere... premetto che mi alleno tutti i giorni e seguo un'alimentazione sana. Modifica: non è accettabile la mancanza di questo prodotto per così tanto tempo, ho dovuto comprarlo nel sito Ufficiale del produttore ad un costo folle ,compreso di trasporto €62,00 non è alquanto serio per un'azienda del genere. Per il prossimo ordine cercherò un'alternativa a questa marca.
