Originally released in February 1998 'Primal Fear' became one of the most successful Heavy Metal debuts in the German chart history. Followed by a triumphal tour together with 'Running Wild' and 'Hammerfall' 'Primal Fear',was the cornerstone for a world career including 10 awesome albums, great international tours and big festival shows until today. With every album the band reached the German charts. Also more and more in the rest of the world like USA, Japan or Scandinavia.Primal Fear was founded in October 1997 by singer Ralf Scheepers and bass player Mat Sinner. Both have been well known in the heavy metal scene before the band was founded. Ralf Scheepers sang in the bands Tyran Pace, F.B.I. and the internationally successful band Gamma Ray. After a gig with his Judas Priest cover band Just Priest in which Mat Sinner and Tom Naumann helped out the idea grow to create an own project called Primal Fear.Although the band as seen some lineup changes over the years, Ralf Scheepers and Matt Sinner still keeping the Primal Fear spirit.Long out of print and dealt high between collectors the brilliant debut will be available again for all Primal Fear fans and supporters.

In this particular case I got with you this first album PRIMAL FEAR Nuclear Blast Edition 1998 (First Edition), they do this because bounding equally'm looking for the second album PRIMAL FEAR Jaws Of Death, in this same edition of Nuclear Blast 1999 If the possibility of this edition is to get them would be very grateful.

one of the best albums in the last 20 years!
If you're a fan of Maiden,Priest,NWOBHM and Euro power metal, give these guys a shot. PF is one of the best bands to come along in the last 20 years. The song "Nine Lives" is worth the price of the album alone. Huge anthem chours' and top notch musicianship pour from this album. Crank this thing and you'll probably agree with me. PF should be a way bigger band than what they are!

Awesome
Primal is probably my favorite power metal or classic metal band. they are alot like judas priest!! which is great in my book!!!! check out the song Tears of rage, it is outstanding! Great metal album!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their first CD here is one of my favorites along with delivering the black. Ralf's vocals are outstanding on this one.

One of metals finest releases
The first Primal Fear was released in 1998 and is still a wonderful release as are all their albums that followed. People always mention that they sound like Priest. They do but they are also fans so we should not complain about that. Ralph is one of Power Metals best vocalists and the guitars are like chainsaws singing to us. Primal Fear is one of my favorite bands ever they are still relevant. Matt Sinner has been sick for the last two years but is making a great recovery so we should see new product and tour hopefully this year. The packaging is amazing well worth picking up you will not regret it.

Buen disco y una edición cuidada
Se trata de la edición en digipack limitada a 2.000 ejemplares y numerada, lleva un bonus track ("Breaker" de "Accept"), libreto con todas las letras, creo que el mismo que la edición normal, y en el interior del digipack, en el anverso de la portada, lleva la historia resumida del grupo impresa. Una buena edición y un muy buen disco de esta banda.

5 Sterne für Metal at it's Best from Germany; wer war noch gleich Judas Priest?
Mann was bin ich froh, diesen Silberling in meiner Sammlung zu haben. Das Ralf Scheepers beim Vorsingen zu Judas Priest nicht genommen wurde verdanken Wir -Wem- auch immer- !!! Diese Band ist echt gleich zu Stellen allemal mit den Briten. Was Ralf dort in die Mikros donnert ist einfach GRANDIOS für mein Metal' Ohr. Auch Sinner wirkte und spielte selbst beim Debuet Album mit. Kai Hasen der Gründer von Gamma Ray und damalige Band Kollege, besuchte Scheepers im Studio, wo er mehrere Guitarren Solos einspielte ! Das alles erfreut jeden Metaller.5 Sterne für Metal at it's Best from Germany ! Jedenfall sollte jeder, der auf Judas Priest steht und vergleichsweise andere Bands ne Chance geben möchte, auch diese Band - PRIMAL FEAR - sich kaufen.Vollzufrieden rund um, liebe Grüße B.
