***(UPDATE) so it’s been about over a month sInce I’ve started using this and I have had amazing results. Using this everytime I hit the gym 5x a week ive lost 15lbs. It’s helping tremendously with my cutting goal.***normally use the sweet sweat waist shaper but they continuously fall down in bunch up when exercising or doing anything with a lot of movement in the gym so I took a break from wearing it. I got on Amazon and saw this one and decided to give it a try and I absolutely love it!!!!! It says that it’s going to make you sweat and that it does I love how it goes seamlessly underneath my gym clothes so it doesn’t look like I’m bulky or bloated as most sweat trimmers or waist shapers have that tendency. I did order one size down because I found at the large did kept sliding and slipping if I was doing squats or any type of activity where I was bending or twisting so just take that into consideration to go one size down if you want a tight snug fit. It will make you sweat alone but I pair it with my sweet sweat gel and it gets the job done.

This sweat shaper fits really well and definitely makes my husband sweat! He said that it's very comfortable and doesn't roll down on him while wearing it. He barely noticed he had it on. His waist is between a 40 & 42 and he ordered a 2X. Good Quality Shaper!

I bought it to help me on my journey back to my previous weight. Hoping it would hold my love handles and full tummy in place. Fantasized about it even giving me a better shape. i would have had the same results wearing a similarly structured garment designed to be used around your neck and mask the lower half of your head. i do believe id get better results from that early covid purchase than i did this. it would at least be tighter. for a product that claims to do the things it says, it sure is missing one key feature. might be better for a fuller body. I was slightly overweight according to my doctor by about .8 lbs. if youve got a much fuller form or are just blessed with the lovliest handles, maybe this would be a great item, if you're looking for something of its nature, but honestly just tie a scarf around your waist and save some money because this thing is an absolute abortion of a fantasy accessory and i cant even get preggo. a million runo ons later and ive almost arrived to my target destination, corner of save yourself the time and money consider something else. maybe find one at ross for $5. hope this helps.

Place a shirt under to avoid any pinch on the skin. Confort great quality. Makes you sweat alot worn right.

Wore if for one hour of exercising.....NO SWEAT. Thought maybe the sweat on my forehead and arm pits was sucking it away from my abs, so I wore it to bed, woke up in the morning.......NO SWEAT. So I must conclude that the person in the ad must have sprayed water on his abs or the water drops were added later. In any case this device does not product the volume of sweat shown in the advertisement. It is really too thin to work as described. Perhaps it does produce perspiration, but the material is so thin that it drys up. Does not product website displayed results. This is JUNK and the seller will not fully refund your purchase price. Don't understand why Amazon allows them to advertise on their webpage. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Hope that helps.

If you are 221lbs and have a waistline of 36inch. I would recommend of buying at medium. The large is somewhat snugg ,but I have a waist trainer. So it will fit not so tight after I put on my waist trainer. The item fit good, you can put any choice of fat burning cream and definitely get some sweat in. This is so much better than wrapping your stomach up everyday.

Xxl is Very small size, for kids

I'm a woman who bought the Men's version based on other reviews from the brands website. I have been using this daily for just over a few months now while walking the dog or running errands only, no strenuous exercise. It hasn't made me lose weight but it's definitely changing the size and shape of my mid section (tire) and makes me sweat. Since I've actually seen a noticeable difference and it's not just in my head, I will continue to use it and likely buy the next size down soon. I would suggest ordering a size smaller than what you think you need, it does stretch, I did this based on other reviews and it ended up fitting perfectly snug like I wanted.
