I have taken Amla powder for a few years. And it worked for keeping blood sugar in range and cholesterol lowered. I also liked that amla was a natural form of getting vitamin C. I wanted to find capsules that I could take and I came across these. I also liked the amla combined with garlic because I am adding garlic to my diet for the antioxidants and heart benefits. It’s the “Arjuna” that was new to me. After reading all that Arjuna has too offer, I decided to try these capsules by Cona Natural. My husband and I have been taking these for about a week. I am happy with the capsules. They are easy to swallow. Neither of us are bothered with garlic after taste. We will continue to take these and continue our blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol monitoring. After a while I’ll be tested again to see if my numbers stay the same or go up or down. I’ll amend my review then.

My nails chip very easily, but the AMLA makes them stronger, which prevents chipping. It also helps me get rid of the ridges that form on my nails' bed.

I am really impressed with this product Amla made with organic herbs... I have taken other Amla products and have not gotten the results and as I have with this one! ( Yes there is a slight garlic flavor but then again I like garlic. I have teeth much worse things with not getting the same results and or benefits!) One awesome thing for myself has been I have not dealt with tonsil stones since I started taking this product... Nothing, prescription or otherwise has done that for me! Also, I shared with my husband Who deals with several food sensitivities; his stomach aches are a thing of the past only after a couple of dosages! I keep asking him if his stomach hurts and it is not bothering him anymore... Thank you for an awesome product I look forward to trying your other selections, when I need to replenish a particular supplement. GLAD to share my review.

You can tell these are quality capsules and very easy to take. I love that these have Amla, Garlic, and Arjuna. I’ve never seen that combination before. They don’t bother my stomach and I don’t seem to burp any garlic up after taking them. I am taking these to help with overproduction of cholesterol because I refuse to take medications. This works just as well! I was following a whole food plant based diet low in fat and I still overproduce so this helps me stay in normal ranges. I will stay on it!

Easy capsule to take with no burping up of any odd tastes and flavors. Lol. I am very hopeful that this will help lower my cholesterol along with a plant based diet. I love that Arjuna is also in the mix because it protects the heart. I will give an update when I get my blood work done! No side effects or stomach problems from taking it either which I can be sensitive to.

These amla capsules have a strong garlic after taste. You can also smell the garlic the minute you open the bottle. Garlic is a great antiviral and helps the immune system. I noticed some stomach discomfort the first week as my body got used to it but it went away. Amla has a lot of wonderful benefits so I'll continue to take this even with the garlic after taste.
