These are great. I wish they weren't out of stock all the time. I can sure tell when I forget to use them. I use one capsule every third night before bed (helpful hint: get/find an applicator) along with my lady balm. What a difference it has made in itching, smell and discomfort (for zero reason but menopause. I've had every test done known to man. Just old lady bidness🙄).

I have been having problems down there for a loong time. I should say for about 5 years I keep having reoccurring bv or yeast or sometimes both all the time. Even when I go see my OBGYN to get my vajay-jay checked and 2-3 different OBGYNs later they always say the same thing to me. “I’ll write you a prescription for metronidazole” or sometimes flagyl and it would clear up but the next month or so i would start to feel that its coming back again and it’s really annoying to call my obgyn again to ask for another prescription for it when the unpleasant smell comes back and the uncomfortable feeling - like it was feeling so stuffy that you know you have it - comes back in a month again. Its making me feel unattractive and im losing my confidence when I’m in the moment with my significant other. It also affected him too because I would say no to him cuz I don’t feel comfortable doing it with him. Im so embarrassed having this flower issue all the time that I feel unattracted because of the unpleasant smell, dryness and feeling uncomfortable down there all the time. So I came across this brand from female rituals. I bought their other product called the “yoni balance“ which seems to help my flower balanced my ph level so I decided to purchase the boric acid suppositories here in amazon. 4 days later and OMGGGGG!!! I started to feel like the smell and the feeling of stuffy inside my flower cleared up! I feel clean and the bad odor is gone! Im no longer dry and I’m sooo happy that I came across this. Why didn’t they make this 5 years ago???? This is the best thing ever!! You just insert the 1 suppository every day before bedtime and make sure to wear a thin liner when you’re in bed because the white stuff is going to come out which is normal. I’ve been doing this everyday because Im so scared that the bv is gonna come back. I highly recommend this product because its the holy grail for flower issues - it will clear up within 3-5 days!

Weirdly personal product to review, but figured I’d offer my honest feedback. I’ve had issues with my immune system the last couple years, and as a result have had to take a lot of rounds of antibiotics, which as many of us know can totally throw off the balance of our lady business. Anyways, I was getting really sick of frequently having to take medication for yeast infections or use over the counter suppositories to get rid of them when I felt one starting to come on. I read good things about boric acid and decided to give these a shot! I will say, they actually work quite well, and I’m pretty happy with the results. They have the usual cons of suppositories, just wear a pantyliner over night and it’s fine. The unexpected cons: -They’re surprisingly difficult to insert. The capsule they’re in just sticks to your skin super easily and pulls on it, which when you’re already not feeling so hot can be really uncomfortable. A bit weird, but I found it way less irritating using an applicator and some lube -If you have a yeast infection, it does a great job on balancing the internals, but for me it really didn’t do anything the help the more external areas with symptoms. I tried these for several days on their own, and ended up needing to use a cream externally in addition to them to Fully clear it. I do think these are a very nice alternative option if you’re like me and pretty easily susceptible to yeast infections. They really do leave you feeling more comfortable and balanced, and I would order them again!

This is the only thing that keeps me from getting recurring bv and yeast infections. Idk if my bodies ph is off or something is wrong or what but one every day to every other day keeps me in check only downside is it causes alot of watery discharge which is normal because this stuff is gritty and slowly dissolves with your natural moisture so best thing to do is use it before bed with a panty liner so you're not dealing with any gush outs during the day also don't use this when planning on doing any love making because if not fully dissolved it will feel like sandpaper on you and him so I'd say no hanky panky for at least 4 hrs after using. Also it does not come with an applicator so I bought one on here that I wash and reuse or you can buy a bunch together and dispose after each use but I'm saving $$$. But yeah these things changed my life!

I never used other brands so I can’t compare. However, if I start feeling swampy down there and a strange itch pops up I put one of these in at night. It miraculously kills the bad odors pretty quickly. Now I am starting to feel itchy after my periods. I use more pads at the end because that is when they are very light. I obviously need to find new materials because I am itchy with the pads. I started using boric acid at the end of my periods to be less itchy. They work. Just wear something in your underwear at night to catch any drippage. In my experience there isn’t as much if you just lie down afterwards.

This product can be great but it kinda gives you a cheesy smell after a while...Maybe I had a bad batch...it gives great moisture though....Had my man all over me!
