Beauty and the Beast

CDs work perfectly!

This is just the one I wanted (tho I did enjoy the later Emma Watson version as well). CD arrived in perfect shape.

I don't know why I waited so long to buy the soundtrack for this movie. I first saw the movie probably 15 years ago, and among Disney films, the story is one of my favorites. The music (both the songs with lyrics and the score) is a great reflection of the story line itself: the humor, the romance, the action, and even the sad parts. I also like that there is so much dialogue within the soundtrack. Also, having never seen the special edition of the movie, I had never heard the track "Human Again". That was a fun song, remeniscent of "Be Our Guest". Overall, a wonderful album for fans of Disney films and music.

Received my "Beauty & The Beast" soundtrack today. It's a bright, crystal-clear recording, excellent quality. Captures all the magic and beauty of the animated film. Especially enjoy having the soundtracks from our favorite Disney films to listen to on drives to Disneyland--the music sets the mood and gets everyone so excited for the park! Would like to note that my CD did arrive with a badly smashed jewel case. Fortunately the CD isn't damaged and the case is easily replaceable, but a bubble wrap-padded manila envelope is NOT adequate packaging for shipping a CD!!!

Brought this soundtrack mainly becasue I love soundtracks, weather they be action, comedies, romance or kids films. My daughter however, loves this soundtrack and is asking to watch the movie and listen to the soundtrack at least 3 or 4 times a day. This particular soundtrack seems to have some tracks that are not in the movie, and at the same time the movie has some tracks that arent on the soundtrack. Go figure. A good buy all around though in my opinion.

I’ve always liked Disney’s music and the beauty and the beast is no exception. The music on the CD is great!

I love music. Any kind of music. Today I was listening to classical music, but I especially like having Disney music for when little ones are around.

Diese Musikstuecke sind mehr als nur Begleitmusik zu einem Disney-Film. Sie erinnern mehr an ein sehr gutes Konzert. Die Melodien sind eingaengig und laden sofort zum Nachsummen ein. Die Stimmen sind elegant und der Text ist gut verstaendlich. Auch der Fortgang der Geschichte wird lueckenlos abgedeckt und ist damit nachvollziebar (das ist leider nicht immer selbstverstaendlich bei Musical-CDs oder Filmmusik). Das macht 5 Sterne.
