About it's natural colour
I have used it in all Panjabi vegetable I never added any kind of colours So I used it for natural Red colour The taste is very perfect for Panjabi medium and light spicy veg

Extreme spicy and wrong product
This is not Byadgi chilli. Its too spicy and if you are a spice tolerant person, you can go for it. Byadgi chilli is not this spicy. I can't return it also since I already opened it. I had read the reviews mentioned and all of them said it was spicy but still I decided to try it out, same thing that they mentioned happened to me too. So please look at the reviews and then consider about whether or not too buy it
