Hip and back pain are GONE I’m a side sleeper. For years I have had hip and lower back pain. I would wake about every 2 hours to turn over due to the discomfort. Exercise alone wasn’t enough. This pillow worked wonders. The pain is gone. I am no longer overstretching muscles and tendons , and my pelvis stays in alignment. The adjustable strap keeps the pillow in place vs using a regular pillow The memory foam is just the right thickness and provides great support.

Works as described ... been using it for 3 nights now. My sciatica is very severe ... and Knee Pillow does relieve some of the pressure on my hip. It's not a sudden "miracle cure" as some of the online testimonials suggest, but it does help with the pain. I'll give it a couple more weeks of use let you know the results.

I understand the function of the Tularis Knee Pillow, and it provided a bit of relief when sleeping on my side. My problem is that I go back and forth between side and back sleeping, and I feel anchored when the time comes to move, and I feel uncomfortable with the attached knee pillow when I’m on my back. Oh well. Perhaps necessity will become the mother of invention for some future use

I have sciatica and this pillow helps to take the pressure off of it while I’m laying in bed, it’s comfortable, love how it straps around the leg so it doesn’t move while tossing and turning at night, fits perfectly around my knee.

Very nice outer texture. I don't use the velcro strap to my leg because the groove and contour holds pretty steady when sandwiched between legs. I noticed the padding is quite firm and doesn't go flat through the night like other knee pillows that I have had before. This is very good quality and I would definitely recommend it. Some of these other pillows look nice, but they flatten faster than a pancake in a panini press.

I really would recommend for this product. Good row material is excellent. The adjustable Leg strap with extension is strong ( Good row material). I mean that the material it is made of ...is kind of strong and does not wear out with the passage of time
