It's a clock in the style of a payed weight, what else is better for a home gym?!Only "complain" is that twice a day it slows down a little bit then restores accurate time as it passes the bottomed of the hour. But it's a battery clock. It's to be expectedStill worth getting

Not Silent
Not Silent. It’s advertised as a silent, non ticking clock, however there is a slight ticking noise that can be heard each time the second hand moves. So, not worth the extra money.
