Better battery than the one sent with my blower!
My original battery actually didn't last as long as this one and then finally I had to keep turning off the blower and back on again to make it work and then it was only for maybe 30 seconds every time I did it. I was going to buy a new blower but decided to buy a new battery first and am so glad I did! This one works great and I will probably buy another one to have charging when this one is in use.

Perfect fit, holds the charge well
Purchased as a replacement for a 40V Black & Decker battery that came with a line trimmer. It took a charge from the B&D charger without issue, fit the line trimmer perfectly, and still showed two green lights when I was finished trimming. And the cost was less than half of the replacement B&D battery on the shelf of a local big box home improvement store. Don't know how long it will last, but it looks like a great deal right now.

Great customer service
Update from my previous review below - I’m updating because I reached out to the supplier of this battery and described the issue. They were very responsive and willing to replace the battery even though I was well over the 30 day limit. I received it after only a few days, it took a full charge, and seems to work great in my weed eater. I’m extremely satisfied with their customer service and would purchase again. Buyer beware - the battery I received is not good. It won’t take a full charge…ever. The one or 2 bars of charge I get only last for maybe 4 minutes of weed whacking. Wish I had returned it as soon as I saw the poor amount of charge but I thought maybe I hadn’t seated it into the charger properly. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case.

Perfect for my Black and Decker 40V string trimmer
Love the B&D 40 Volt trimmer. The existing battery was beginning to fade so I purchased this one. So far through about 6 weeks of use it is working great and certainly lasts longer than the original. Highly recommended.

Charge no charge!!
Quit charging after 6 cycles yet I get charged for battery. Would not recommend.

Better than original
This fits perfectly. Charges faster than original and has greater capacity than the 2ah that came with the tool.

Works great in place of a 36 volt battery
I bought this battery to replace my 36 volt Black & Decker weed eater battery. I was somewhat skeptical on how well it would work seeing as the voltage was different. I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked & how long it lasted. I will likely purchase a second one, as we live on a wooded half acre lot.
