Taste is like beauty, it's in the eye of the beholder. What may taste good too me might not taste good to another. I like my coffee with cream and sweetener. The first brew through with Stunptown Hairbender I was underwhelmed. The coffee barely covered the taste of the creamer. I was pretty disappointed. The next day o brewed it stronger and that changed the whole thing. It was really good and a joyful change of pace. For me it's very earthy meaning it tasted a little pine desert sage after a rain. What I realized is it doesn't have the bite of the bitter burnt mass produced coffees. I'll buy again.

I’m not a big coffee drinker. I like a latte in the morning. This is the best coffee I can find for my latte. No sharp taste or after taste no acidity very smooth. The aroma is amazing. It is fairly pricey, but it’s worth every penny.

Best coffee ever. Nuff said. Happy mornings when my coffee canister is full. :)

Perfect coffee on cold bitter days

Many people pay extra for coffee bean with low acidity. I am not sure I like this one. It is kind of 'fruity' (high in acidity). The actual bag (not shipping package, the actual package) feels a little moist. I might be imagining. I do not like the flavor, it could have been just me.

First of all, we thought we were purchasing whole beans; our error. We used the pre ground with the Breville espresso machine after weighing about 14 grams with a dual pressure basket;still bitter. We did not place it in the hopper. We do however appreciate the rich aroma.

I have decided to switch to a clean coffee. After research, this was a top choice. Taste is smoothe, roasted to perfection and not acidity on the stomach. Beautiful dark color and smells wonderful.

I had to do without my grinder for a while, so I had to find a preground coffee. These beans were great! They had a slightly dark chocolate taste, and were still incredibly aromatic with rich oils despite being pre-ground. I enjoyed using these in a pour over and having a good, strong black coffee of this stuff. Rich, the right amount of bitter, and chocolate-y
