Wireless Switch Kit, Decora Style Switch, No Wire Light Control Kit

Product works as intended. The only comment is that the switch does not behave like a normal switch, its rocker style that activates the relay in the ceiling kit. It looks identical to a decora switch, just feels mechanically different. This is not a negative, just describing the actual mechanics. Other than that, the product seems to be exactly what is needed to solve a difficult wiring issue. I installed a ceiling fixture, but used an old wall switch that was linked to a plug (old fashion lampshades connected to wall plug. Decided a ceiling fixture was more useful, but being an old house, wiring would have been difficult.

I bought these to install a new dining room light in a space where wiring was going to be a pain. The switch has a small LED that is supposed to light up when the switch is actuated but before I installed it I noticed mine was not lighting up. After changing the battery and fooling around for a while I came to the conclusion that I had a defective switch. I emailed the customer service on the manufacturers website but didn’t expect any response for at least a day or two. I had a phone call in about an hour. The customer service guy had read my email and called me from home, after hours because he didn’t want me to have to wait till morning. Turns out the LED in the switch won’t light until the switch is paired with the receiver. With this information in hand I went back to work and had my new light working shortly. He called me FROM HOME. AFTER HOURS. Best customer service ever. AND, the switch works great and saved me from running 50 ft of wire, with multiple dry wall patches along the way. I don’t think I’ll ever install a conventional switch again. Thanks so much guys!

I used this to control two outside light fixtures. The problem I have is that all the traditional controllers would not fit in the electrical box behind the light fixture. This one is thin. It is the only one that I could find that would fit. It is easy to install and wire the controller. You do need a little electrical knowledge to bypass the old wired switch.

I ordered 3 of these. One worked great at 60 feet outside. The other 2 worked at 100’ outside but not inside the door of the house. I did have the antennas Protruding outside the electrical box. I returned 2 that failed to reach the 250’ advertisement. I ended up using the thinkbee ones that advertise 1900’ they worked great at 110’ and inside the house but I did want the switches mounted normally. But I guess you can’t have everything.

Easy to install. Easy to hang on wall. Works great! This is exactly what we needed when removing an old pull string ceiling fan, and upgrading to a nice light with no pull strings. We did not need to contact customer service at all.

This thing is awesome. Its will take care of at least 10 hours of labor and quite a money to cut a new hole and make new wiring. It has a good range too. The only issue with this is the switch. Its not the sensor that gets false click. Sometime you have to click twice and probably harder to turn on the light. Because of the switch does not trigger. Its not the sensor its not receiving, its the switch which has some issues. But overall, its an awesome product. I will keep updated if anything bad happens to it.

This thing is super cool! easy to set up and the receiver will fit in most lights J-boxes the only complaint i have is the button on the transmitter is a little stiff for the on signal but still an awesome product would buy again

Product works fine but came with bad battery in wall unit. After I change battery everything was fine. I think that that is not acceptable for switch which cost over $100. Otherwise everything is how is described.
