Excellent Customer Service
The packaging on this tube is excellent so shipping should be safe even for these delicate tubes. Installation was easy and the tube worked first time. I purchased this tube in July 2021 it has given good service but after 10 months the power started to drop. Even though the tube is 6 months out of warranty Cloudray has offered a full refund or exchange. I will get another Cloudray tube. This is excellent customer service and on this basis I have given 5 stars.

Fast delivery and works perfectly (rated for 45W). Super easy install and works perfectly for converting my 150w machine to 50w for detail engraving without any issue.

Me duro justo un año el tubo, y con trabajos medios, nada de trabajos continuos y pesados./ The tube lasted me exactly one year, and with medium work, not continuous or heavy work.

Llegó en el tiempo indicado, se instaló en una máquina para 40w, hasta ahora funciona muy bien y no se tuvieron que hacer adecuaciones considerables, sólo el tubo queda un poco fuera, excelente calidad
