Superb performance

Sound quality was actually pretty decent. I was happy with the overall performance and value for the money. Separate volume controls worked well, and was needed to balance quiet singers with their drunken counterparts screaming into the mic. Range is as advertised as well... as sometimes I would have to chase down singers out in the alley having a smoke (or possibly throwing up). I was going to withhold judgement on these until I used them for a couple months. Well, 5 years later I'm finally replacing them. So the least I can do is drop a 5 star review. I'm not saying these would be my go-to for professional recording sessions, but for karaoke, school events, weddings, churches, etc these will suit your needs.

We have added this unit to a four unit base station at our church. Works great! Simple setup: plug it in; turn it on; start speaking! Just like that! We plugged it into the amplifier but it could have been plugged into the four unit base station just as well. Keep the batteries fully charged! We use rechargeable batteries and they burn out pretty fast. Our church is not that big but reception is great as long as you are not more than 100 feet from the antenna. The microphones are pretty sturdy and have survived drops onto both carpet and oak benches. But I would not drop them often. They are made of plastic and will break. They are not very heavy and can pick up breathing if put too close to your mouth. Volume control is good and can be boosted by an amplifier.

Good sound on the mic that did work but mine and a friend's product had bad microphone right out the box

I bought this set for use at my daughters wedding reception. The facility had a Shure brand system, you practically had to eat the Shure microphone to get any volume. I ended up using my new set of 4 mic’s for the wedding ceremony the official had the tie clip mic, he held a hand held mic for bride and groom vows. Then several of us used all the mic’s at the reception. No issues. Awesome product, awesome range, low noise level. ( I know fluorescent lights affect electronic equipment, none of those at the venue) For $149 CAD this set is awesome, I will be using this set for our church functions. It really out performed the Shure system lol.

For use in a large room, I have been using it for three years now, there are no problems, no complaints, it works great.

Product is good value for the money, but be aware this unit pucks up a lot of interference and the S/N ratio is much higher than more expensive systems. Works well when using with louder signals to mask noise floor, but be wary for quieter uses. Great array of options with larger set. I can recommend this product

Didn't expect much when I bought this system, however I want to say I am very impressed. I am a KJ running Karaoke 4 nights a week, so I am very particular on how I run my business and more importantly how my system sounds. These mics are crystal clear, attached is the Hall where I ran Karaoke. It is 200 feet long and the vocals were very clear all the way back! The mics pair automatically which is nice, but the batteries are difficult to install, the compartment is very tight. You can expect to replace the batteries every third night when used for a 4 hour show each night. Overall, great mics and receiver, very impressed! Affordably priced ....... 4.5 stars
