Game Changer!
If this doesn’t come standard, you need to seriously consider this hatch! It adds a lot of extra space! Installed this on a 2023 Hobie Compass (vertical hatch does not fit) and paired with the BerleyPro Bucket Bro is an absolute game changer in terms of storage capacity! Not gonna lie, taking a jigsaw to my kayak was slightly terrifying, but installation is so much easier after getting your certificate from YouTube University! Totally worth it! You will not be disappointed!

Rods in the hull!
I wondered why this thing was so expensive until I got my hands on it. It’s very solidly built, which is necessary on something that puts a big hole in your kayak. It was surprisingly easy to install. I installed it lengthwise on my 2020 Compass, and now I can get my two piece rods inside the hull without even removing the reels. This will be really nice for beach launching.

Fits perfectly
Fits perfectly in the compass however the tub does not fit right in it.
