This appears to be an intentional ripoff. The header line does say 'Planet Bike Rubber Mount Tail Light Bracket', but it is shown in the picture with a tail light attached. Scrolling down to Product Information, in the Technical Details list, for included components it states 'Bike Light and Mount' All you will receive is the mount.

The rubber mount readily allows you to install the light on a seat post, handlebars, some helmets, on a pack, or anywhere else you can wrap it. Holds the light securely and allows easy transference to different mounting points.

I needed a mount for a large diameter seat tube and this one worked for me.

This item works perfectly on my 2020 Trek Emonda SLR6 bike. Without this bracket I could not use my Planet Bike Light. The Planet Bike Lights are second to none of all the tail lights with the batteries lasting a long time in flash mode. A bike shop removed this bracket from my bike and forgot to reattach it and so I had to purchase it again. At first I thought someone stole it but that is likely not the case. Shop mechanics have to attach the bike stand clamps right where this mount is positioned and had to remove it to do work on my bike. Make sure to check that this clamp is not missing if you leave your bike otherwise best to remove it before leaving off your bike to get work done on it.

I used it 3 times and on the 4th it snapped while mounting it to my bike

It seems to be a good mount, but the light does not click in place. I hit a bump and the light went flying. I used a rubber band to hold it in place, which works well. However, it is a bit kludgy.
