Ok, I'm a believer.
I tried a similar bond type from a different brand and it would NOT dry, no matter how long I let it set, blow-dried, any of that. I figured these types of bonds just don't work well for me after that experience. That was a few years ago. Fast forward, and I decided to give this one a try, after having really good experiences with Ebin's other adhesives, such as their gel, their spritzing spray as well as the holding spray, decided I wanted to see how the actual bond would be. This stuff is AMAZING for the price point, the fact you can find it in many local beauty supply stores, etc. I applied a total of 3 layers, I let each layer dry clear and get tacky before applying the next. Once I applied the lace, I could IMMEDIATELY feel the hold lol. Like it felt VERY secure on my head. Decided I need to buy a couple more bottles of this stuff, because wow. I tend to work out often and be very active, so I purchased the Extreme Firm Hold in the red bottle. This stuff is amazing. Prior to placing it, I also used the skin protectant from their line, about 2 layers of that. After applying and bonding the unit down, I went in with the spray for an even FIRMER hold and reinforcement and then wrapped it while I got dressed for work. Remember, you can combine adhesives from the same brand/line. It will give you an even stronger hold than when you use any of the products by themselves. I haven't had a chance to see how this will fare once it's time to remove, but so far the hold is amazing. Better than anything I've tried so far. I think the only other product where I can get a decent hold is Super Tape, that's an old school product. Unfortunately, it can be a pain to remove, and hard to get out of your lace. With Ebin products, I don't find removal super hard or challenging (I've mostly dealt with the sprays and gels). Usually about 5 min is all it takes. I'm going to assume that since this is an actual bonding glue, it might take just a little longer than that, but I"m optimistic with how well it holds and feel it will be worth it. Ghost Bond and Bold Hold, eat your hearts out! THIS is the one right here. **Edit: wanted to update and mention that the best way to release the lace is to massage conditioner in at the hairline, leave it for a few min and then it will lift off no problem. The best way to get the remaining adhesive off your skin when ready to remove? Is to use Goo-Gone Bandage adhesive remover. Sounds crazy, I know, but it works! Can also use bandage adhesive remover wipes! Works like a charm. As far as getting the bond off the lace, that was actually relatively easy. I sprayed a little apple cider vinegar on the lace prior, then boiled a little water, made a solution with 99% medical grade alcohol and dipping a toothbrush in the alcohol/hot water mixture and GENTLY flaking it off. Took a total of like 5-7 minutes to get all of it off. Washed the unit as usual and it's good to go and ready to rewear again. I urge you to try the Goo-Gone method for removing the bond from your SKIN. It's a godsend. Who would have known it was right under my nose the whole time? Don't be super rough and don't rub excessively; you don't want to crack or damage your skin. Take a GENTLE approach; put a few drops on a cotton round and gently work it in, it will come off in 5 min or less. Patience is key. No skin irritation, no stinging or burning. I just used it after having my unit applied for a full week (it even endured through rigorous working out and all), and it came right out. I spent maybe 10 minutes or so, just gradually removing it because I wanted to be gentle and not too aggressive. After that, wash the skin with regular soap and shampoo the area as usual to clean away the oils.

Bonding spray
I bought this glue and also I bought the adhesive holding spray , I say that it’s better to buy as a dou but the glue works great alone

IF YOU BUY THIS BUY THE REMOVER TOO!!
It’s very strong so be careful removing. The first time I used it I used 4 layers and listened to reviews letting each layer dry completely clear before each layer and it worked. I was in Mississippi heat for a week, swam in a pool, and worked out without my wig slipping. After 2.5 weeks I was ready to take it off, some of my side burns ripped off as I was not removing it properly. 2 weeks after that I used the glue again for my birthday install and that time only used 2 layers, my wig was slipping within 5 days (without water touching it just a little sweating).

THIS HAS SERIOUS HOLD!!
I used the smallest amount ONLY to lay down the EDGES of my bald cap, given that this was my first time trying an actual lace GLUE and I was scared of using a lot. I DID NOT use this to apply the wig to the bald cap. When it came time to remove my wig, the wig slid right off but the bald cap DID NOT BUDGE!!! I tried to use alcohol on a cotton round and that at least allowed me to peel the bald cap from my skin painlessly but that ended up just spreading the invisible sticky residue all over my forehead. My hands were so sticky at this point. I had to use shampoo on my skin and a comb on my hairline to get all the residue off. The strength of this glue and the effort it required to get off leads me to believe you could possibly swim with this and your wig!! The other reviews saying the hold is weak gotta be lying or doing something wrong. Cause like I said I used VERY little of this product being that I was apprehensive of using it. The main take away here is this stuff has some SERIOUS hold so if you’re looking for that I would say definitely purchase this.

BEST LACE GLUE EVER!!
This is the best glue in my opinion if you are a sweater. PLEASE LET IT DRY SEMI THOROUGHLY. While drying it turns this iridescent color but it turns clear fairly quick. Ever since I switched to this glue the melt on my wigs have been TOP TIER. I usually do 2-3 layers and it last awhile. I also pair with the melting spray which is a plus. I do know they have an extreme hold but since I’m moving around a lot the active hold works best for me. Also the hair store charges almost double or more for this size so Amazon has the best prices as well.

Amazing
Works like it's supposed to, lasted almost a week. The only fault I have is the fact that it takes a while to dry and it does irritates my skin alittle. Easy to remove.

Very strong
I recommend this to persons that want to go in water and still have their hair in place

Amazing until you sweat
I purchased this glue based off the reviews since it seems like bold hold changed their formula. I used it for my vacation on Mexico since it said "Strong hold" "water proof" "sweat resistant". I figured it would be perfect. I went swimming and by the end of the night at a bon fire I noticed my wig slipping. Not.sticking at all. Went to my room. Cleaned the glue off, wash my wig and cleaning my skin. Reapplied the glue. The next day I went horse back riding. In all the professional pictures my life is white where the glue is. Now I'm pissed. So don't use to go swimming or swear. And I'm going on a yacht party tonight. Guess I'm wearing a hat and not getting in the ocean. Ruined my vacation.

Great glue! Personally I think having a paint brush end instead of a squeeze bottle would be so much more convenient & a lot less messy but other than that the product does what it says & is well worth the money! Very happy! & thank you so much for the super fast & early delivery!
