Phytoceramides: Anti-Aging at its Best

Have you ever wondered why Japanese women look so much younger? They may have a secret! I first saw Phytoceramides on the Dr. Oz show. The dermatologist Dr. Oz was interviewing talked about several leading anti-aging products and this is one she highly recommended. When I saw this book, I thought I’d find out more … and indeed I did. Phytoceramides are not an ingredient in a skin cream but are capsules or pills that work on skin health from the inside out. The author Kathy Heshelow discusses how Phytoceramides were developed and cites numerous clinical trials. Then she shows how Phytoceramides work, with an easy to understand explanation and with loads of great illustrations. I especially found the diagrams showing the difference between young and old skin to be very informative. No wonder us older folks have wrinkles! The book ends with a very useful list of other anti-aging steps one can take as well as a daily six-step plan. The book was in all very education and very interesting look into one of the new tools of anti-aging.

Good advise

I've suffered with skin conditions for years and I've looked into many different treatments. One of my friends suggested photoceramide treatment. Kathy Heshelow clearly lays out the effects of Photoceramides in this book in clear, easy to understand language. I've been on the fence for a few months about how useful photoceramide treatment might be, but after reading this book I feel like I have a clear understanding of the topic and I'm very excited to start clearing up my eczema!

This book is so outdated talks about wheat clinically tested rice is by far the best solution it's a known fact

This book offers a thorough explanation of what phytoceramides are, and the different ways they benefit your health. If anti-aging is something you are interested in, then this book is a good read.

I absolutely appreciate the educational foundation your book provides and the focus on naturally occurring solutions through food while enhancing with supplements. So often I read the get better quick approach by popping this pill or applying that cream or drinking some powder. The list of foods towards the end is so helpful because I can use that to find recipes for the whole family. They'll get taken care of without even knowing it. And yes, I'll educate them too!! Thank you for the insights and for sharing.
