Review: I feel like this book truly decodes the complexity of internal control and compliance. It explains the SOX saga and resulting regulations and their application in a very easy to read manner. I will say though this is not one of those "dummies" books. You have to know about compliance to begin to even understand this book. But if u have a background in compliance, this is the best go-to book that will help de-code all compliance complexities. Review: Perfect book! it really helps me a lot to acquire new capabilities in my working sphere
