I absolutely love these containers. I have them in every size they offer. We now have 6 of the 4 quart flour storage. They are beautiful, sturdy and versatile. I love that they stack on top of each other and the lids are very secure.

This is excellent. It is airtight and the leveling bar is something I enjoy having more than I expected to. It holds a 5lb bag of flour perfectly and it was a good price especially for how sold it is.

I’m ordering a second one. My latest project requires various flours used daily. This is my favorite flour keeper. It keeps the flour fresh and easy to access, and I like how clear and smooth the sides are for viewing what’s inside. That makes it easy to tell when I’m running low. I especially love the hinged top. No more trying to find counter space for the lid, then misplacing it when rushing around.

This is a great vacuum canister that stores easily, is crystal clear, is easy to clean, and does exactly what is promised. It comes with a leveler that you can choose to install or not (I did since I'm using this for flour). The drawback as I see it: in order to open the lid, you have to exert a good bit of pull trying to open it against the vacuum, and the only place to grasp the lid is on the hinge itself. The hinge is all plastic so I'm thinking that one day in the future the two 'spindles' that hold it in place are going to snap off (that's actually what happened to the one I had before this- different brand but same design). The last one lasted four years so if I get that much out of this one, I'll be happy.

I have had my ProKeeper Flour Storage Container for over a year now, and couldn't be more pleased. I bake weekly so it has seen a lot of use. I appreciate that it is made out of BOA-free Plastic. I also like the little scraper attached to the lid to level the flour in a cup. So handy. The seal is excellent. The hinged lid opening on the wide side of the container means I don't even have to take the container out of my pull out shelf to dip in and get what I need. Pairs well with the smaller Sugar/Flour keeper with a spout. My sugar container nestles right behind the flour one.
