There is no doubt that Shahji pure Ghee (Buffalo) is 100% made with Bilona method and one of the finest Buffalo ghee available in market today. The taste, smell and texture of the product is as natural as they claim. The packaging and the content are thoughtfully done to retain the texture and taste of ghee all the way from Delhi to Pune. After trying a several brand finally found a natural ghee. fragrance, texure n taste is certainly different than other. Its a pure ghee. & Packing is good. 100% made with bilona method. (Bilona Ghee is prepared by churning the curd of milk, the whole curds is churned with a wooden churner in bilona method and then heating the cream obtained from it.) Product is highly and best quality certified and taste of the delicious pure desi ghee.. I personally advice to have it and try and have amazing experience those who really love to eat pure Desi Buffalo ghee. Thanks to Shahji and Amazon.

Really superb. A rich taste as expected. Buffalo ghee can be preserved for a longer time because of the higher fat content. Reviewing the product after several days of usage.. It is really good, you can buy this ghee. It's absolutely delicious and makes meals more healthy and tastier... If you're a regular user of a cow ghee then don't use buffalo ghee. This ghee is real and rich in flavor as expected. Packaging just won the heart.. And as usual, Amazon is best delivering this ghee on time. Thanks

Adulterated Ghee
Approximately 20 to 30% ghee is original churned out from Bilona way. Rest of the 70% is palm oil or some vegetables oil. Since I know what is 100% pure ghee, hence it is my guarantee that it's adulterated. But my friend no one can give you 100% genuine ghee @ Rs 1000/- per kg. While making profit for himself, Amazon commission, Courier Charges & GST in Rs. 1000/- / kg not possible. Still far better than all those ghee available in market in garb of cow ghee be it's Amul, Mother Diary. Ananda ghee is pathetic
