Using Monoprice cables to free up space in my cabinet and make routing them a lot easier due to their slim form factor. I was skeptical as to their use for PoE devices but I am powering an IP camera, a smaller PoE powered switch and an access point, the latter of which are longer runs; no issues at all. The only option missing is a custom length service...I would be there like a shot buying custom cables for each job. I did try to make one of my own but after working with standard Cat6 cable, these are just too thin to work with; I'm guessing there's a specific tool that makes these. Speed good, quality of cable is great, no issues with connectivity at all. I will be buying these as long as they are avaialable.

I've been building out a 10" mini rack and the glass door has been too close to the patch panel so regular cables just weren't allowing the door to close, these work great. They still push up against the door when closed but are a massive space saver, and the cables themselves are really thin, making cable management very easy in a small cabinet like I've got here. Transparent clear RJ45 connectors so the ports do light up when plugged in to active ports, depending on how your switch is configured with it's activity lights you might see more then others. Very nice cables, reasonable price for a pack of 10.

these are fab patch cables and go well with the Ubiquity Etherlighting switches. the low profile of these cables means that they look sleek when they're in any sort of cabinet and because of the design of them really show off the unify etherlighting. These are a great alternative to the official Ubiquity ones, it's a fraction of the price

Fantastic Cat6A cables, honestly can't fault them. When deciding between these and Ubiquiti cables I went with Monoprice and don't regret it, snagless boots helps keep the tab safe and they're so thin yet pass all tests without concern. They've held up well to numerous moves and rearrangements without showing any signs of wear or degradation. Highly recommended for anyone looking to keep their patch panel tidy.

Amazingly slim patch cables, with no perceptable loss of speed through them. Passes POE as well so no issue in recommending them to keep your network cabinet looking neat!

These are working very well, and they're really quite amazingly thin. The snagless boots aren't bulky. I'm using a couple with PoE, which is working fine. Would definitely buy again - and I might have to as I've just used 9 out of the 10 pack!

I have a lot of Unifi products in my home and while functionality is the driver, form is important too. I used to buy shortest possible interconnects but those have been replaced more than twice and I find it is better to use cable tidies and buy longer and thinner. These Monoprice are likely the thinnest and most flexible on the market and also has a transparent boot that makes them a perfect alternative for Unifi etherlight. Yes, Etherlight has little practical value but it looks good and warms your heart. These cables deliver the cool factor with super practical.

These Ethernet cables perform exactly as advertised and look incredible when used with UniFi's Etherlighting system. Highly recommend for both functionality and aesthetics!

Currently my favorite cables. Installed many of them within racks only. The reduced thickness helps with a cleaner looking installation.
