Good value for the price
I don’t plan to use a lot but it was very useful transporting a 400lbs bike across several states.

Great product for the price just needs a few modifications to make it last forever and be solid
The bike carrier works great especially for how cheap it is. I’ve been using mine for about 5 years now and it hasn’t let me down. I will say tho that the bolts will loosen and fall out of you don’t constantly watch and tighten them periodically. The day I got mine and put it together I welded everything solid so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. Here we are 5 yrs later and it’s still working great but a few of the bolts did fall out but because of it being welded it don’t matter and is still together. Definitely recommend welding it an it’ll last forever and be more solid. When it’s just bolted together it can seem quite flimsy.

The instructions looked like a Xerox of a fax.
This product would be getting a better review from me but the instructions terrible. I couldn't see which parts were which in the photos. I finally just looked at the photo on Amazon and was able to see where everything went. The hitch pin mechanizm that comes with it is overly complicated and didn't work with my hitch. But the pin I already had slid right in perfectly. The ramp was useless and came off while I was rolling my dirt bike onto the platform. But it's a dirtbike so it's light enough it was no big deal. Once the bike was on it looked good. It was easy to stap my bike to and looks solid. It works for my needs so I'm going to keep it.

Box had a hole
This hole had nuts and bolts falling out unsure what was missing and had to return.

ramp workaround
The carrier itself is fine. The ramp likes to flip like a gymnast on softer surfaces. The ramp can be made more secure by putting a long, slim bolt or similar through the hole in the carrier just above where the ramp sits on the lip. When the ramp tries to twist the bolt binds and the ramp stays put. In the field I did this with a cheap steel tent peg I found on the ground. Later I found a 1/4in bolt and a washer and slipped it through the hole. There isn't much clearance so the bolt has to be slim and angled downward. The washer kept the bolt head in place over the end of the ramp. Janky? Yes. A 99% improvement in ramp stability? Also yes. With the bolt put through the hole 200lb me could stand on one edge of the ramp and it stayed in place. That was with the bolt just pushed through the hole, no nut retention since I didn't have one at the time. The bolt hung there by gravity. When I get back home I'll find something more suitable, maybe like this pin with multiple holes and retainer clip: B0B6ST6HMD. I'll update this review after testing that approach. Update: the pin with clip worked great and can store on the rack as shown in the second pic.

Hard to load with the supplied ramp.
This carrier seems good in quality, but it does have a bit more flex than I thought it would have. I tried loading my Suzuki Savage on it and the ramp kept falling off when I got the rear tire to start climbing on. **Disclaimer: I am new to riding motorcycles and to using equipment like this, so this just my experience, but I am still new to it all too…**

Do not buy
This product will only work for the lightest dirt/motocross bikes. The 600lb. rating is a lie. I put my 300lb. scooter on it and was completely unsafe. Frame is too thin and light for transport of anything but 60cc bikes. Do not buy.
