Cryoderm Heat 16oz

Recommended by my massage therapist for minor nerve impingement pain relief. I wish I could have gotten a smaller bottle and with the roller top, but none were available when I needed to get this. It rubs in well after a couple of minutes of massaging it in. Make sure you wash your hands completely or use gloves to apply it. Get this onto any sensative areas (eyes, mouth, etc) and you will not appreciate the next half hour or so! Think the old BenGay or ICY-HOT affect (look it up if you were not an athelete in the 60's and 70's). It can be quite aeromatic if you use a lot, so be prepared for some "off-gassing" as it dries (mostly an issue with eye-watering). It was effective in deminishing my shoulder pain at night, helping me to get to sleep.

This is a clinical strength massage lotion, and it's really, really hot. I use it for chronic neck stiffness, and it really loosens up the muscles. It lasts a very long time, and even reactivates many hours later if you sweat or jump in a hot shower. Unlike some other products, it absorbs into the skin really well and doesn't leave a sticky or slimy residue. Warning: It's not for the faint hearted, as it has three very strong ingredients that may trouble those with sensitive skin. When you first get it, start with a very small amount, as a little bit goes a long way. Wash your hands immediately, and keep them away from your eyes even after that.

My husband complains about aches and pains constantly so I ordered this to help out. This stuff works great because its so hot that either he doesn't want to say anything for fear I will pull this stuff out or if it really did fix his aches and pains. Either way I am enjoying my peace and quiet. My sister also complains a lot so I plan on getting this for her for her birthday. When my knees act up I put a dab of this on and they feel better afterwards. Basically this stuff has improved my mental and physical health so I highly recommend it. IMPORTANT wash hands thoroughly afterwards don't touch your eyes or your junk!!!

I like the product because of the quality and safe ingredients (no parabens, etc.) It does get quite hot after a while, so more is not better it takes effect gradually. It actually may feel cool at first. Some parts of the body maybe a little more sensitive, on my back has been fine. I like using alternately with the cold gel especially in the cooler weather.

Expensive, but works- don't use on abs for cramps! Lol I use for back pain.

Great product. Just be careful if your hands are sensitive. The heat can damage the skin on your hands if you’re not wearing gloves. Amazing for pain relief though!

I am a fan of the cold therapy, but the heat Cryoderm is not for me. The heat does help the pain, but it burns! I have night sweats, so I was feeling on fire all night. Tried to wash it off and it still burned. I tried it during the day, and same burning. I will stay with the cold.
