I received a product that its use is not supported in the USA.
I received a product that its use is not supported in the USA. Therefore the manufacturer would not offer support in the USA. Product had to be returned because based on the Serial Number that starts with 186- that products is made for CHINA and it will not be supported in the USA, Barco did not offer any support to this unit. Be careful when buying this device. Barco cataloged this device as purchased in the GRAY MARKET, because is not supposed to be sold in the USA. The stars are more for the Sellers than for the device.
