Wonderful stuff. I regret every penny i've spent on polyfilla in my life before now,because this stuff is 1/10th of the price and performs at least as wellcombine with mesh tape, putty trowels, and post dry sanding, you've got a smooth solid wall

Brilliant filler dries nice and does a perfect job for filling all those holes very effective and easy to mix and apply.

I bought this for a job I was doing, different from what I usually use, but just saw it, as it was cheap enough.Think I spent more time trying to get a right mix of this to use where I wanted it than I hoped for. It set too quick for me and mixing it was a nightmare, I managed to use it in just one of the places I wanted it for, when it was set it was like Concrete and hard to work with. In the end I put it on a shelf in my shed and bought the usual filler I always buy, cheap from B&Q. I am sure you can buy similar on amazon but there was so many to look at I just went for what I know.I needed it for indoors and this stuff which can be used anywhere in or out was beyond my needs, maybe for another job.

Excellent product, excellent value, excellent service.

I've bought two orders of these with several months in between and the results were very different.First order: Worked exactly as described. Mixed easily, had an excellent finish, sanded and took paint well. The mix took about an hour to go hard. So much cheaper than other options. It does take a few minutes to mix all the lumps out. I recommend wearing a dust mask and goggles while mixing because there is some particles in the air.Second order: The mix took 10 minutes to go hard, instead of the hour mentioned on the box. I tried adding more water but had to throw away this mix because it had many hard lumps that couldn't be crushed. Initially, I was going to request a refund. But on my second mix of one part water and two parts powder I checked the consistency after 5 minutes and noticed it was going hard again so I added about double the water than advised - one part water and one part powder - and it was a good mix that had the consistency of toothpaste and took about an hour to go hard. This second order was stressful and should not happen but it's even better value since I can make more filler than the first order because it uses more water.

The price is fine, and it's a good sized pack for repairing larger patches, but... it doesn't mix well. You need a little extra care to reduce lumpiness; I don't know why. The end result is OK, my wall is ready to sand & paint, but in future I will probably buy a different brand.

I bought it for art. Powder is smooth turning into a smooth paste when water is added. I wanted to make into a harder paste to sculpt by hand. I did not know if it was toxic or not. Increasingly, the filler powder is being used for art. So it would be nice to have a leaflet in the packaging advising dos and don't. But it is a good product for bas art relief sculpting. I had to add other things to slow drying!

I've been doing a lot of filling recently and discovered this product on Amazon at an unbelievable price. Those of you with any brains will see where this is going. If it's to good to be true, it's not true.This filler when used in compliance with the instructions; is soft, crumbly, chalky and difficult to get a smooth finish with. I was so irritated I didn't ask for a refund, but wrote a bad review instead. I am keeping the package on display in the garage to remind me to avoid this product like the plague in future.
