Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar, 1 Gallon (Pack of 1)

I go through this like crazy when we're harvesting greens and cucumbers from our garden. It's delicious on kale and chard and is essential for making an asian-style cucumber salad (seasoned rice vinegar, a few drops of sesame oil, and maybe a dash of hot oil). The only downside of using so much of it is that my teeth get sensitive; when that happens, I smear a little Sensodyne-type toothpaste on my gums at night, and it usually does the trick (just a tip for those who also go overboard with this stuff). It's excellent vinegar, and the price is super reasonable.

This was already an excellent and delicious product that I’ve been using for many years. But now that I know the recipe for the simplest most delicious and unfailingly super crisp table. pickles I’ve ever had it is indispensable. A head of cabbage, a head of cauliflower, carrots, daikon, and onion and some chili peppers and I’ve got 4-6 qts of refrigerator pickles that everybody raves about. They’re good on sandwiches, they’re great on burgers They’re good as a side vegetable like a salad when you just don’t feel like doing something else. They’re Absolutely! delicious and it’s because of the unique milder flavor of this product. No other vinegar will make these pickles as even remotely as well and as deliciously as this vinegar. This is absolutely a kitchen standard for me..

Arrives in a day. Maybe a bit more wrapping on the box. Mine arrived fine but the box was a little beat up

Best vinegar for salads

We go through a lot of rice vinegar in my house, so it's nice getting it in bulk. You are getting exactly what you are looking for buying this seasoned rice vinegar. This is assuming you know the brand and have tried before getting a huge bottle like this.
