The bench came with everything that the image showed, except leg weights. For someone that is starting to use weight like myself, I found it perfect. The only thing that is less than average are the elastic bands which are very flimsy providing no resistance what so ever. I substituted with resistance tubing and reuse the handles and anchors.

Been using it for more than a year and there is no sign of wear and tear . Good build quality and ease of movement. Highly recommend this.

The description for this product did not mention hamstring curls. That was just my assumption since most leg extensions benches, you’re able to. I did, however, figured out how to do hamstring curls, but with one leg at a time. The bench is fully upward. Stand where the weights are, facing the bench. If both feet are on the right side of the weights, curl with your left leg and vice versa. You have to bend forward a bit while curling. I’m 5’2”. Anyone any taller, it would not work as I have to slightly bend my knees more or else my foot would hit the steel base. Resistance band seems durable. The hook itself is terrible. While doing bicep curls, standing… the hook unlatched, snapped and hit my shoulder. Felt like I was hit by a rock that was slung by a sling shot. Im going to contact the seller if they can replace the hook with something for reliable. Again, this bench is small, but for the price… pretty good deal as I can do serval workouts with it and easily pull around without the weights.

Just as what the others said; it’s cheaply made. I’m not lifting anything heavy, so I figured I could settle for it. But I was wrong. A few design flaws made it hard to adjust too. I would still have rated it decently, but it also arrived with missing parts. Looks to be difficult to get these too. As if the issues weren’t bad enough already. So 1 star. I think they should improve the design. Such a waste. The item had potential.

I love this versatile bench

Bought as gift for grandson. He loves it. His dad loves that it can fold up, so it shares floor space with the folding treadmill instead of needing a separate area.

Esta bonito, aunque no es totalmente recto para recargar la espalda tiene una ligera inclinación a la altura de la cabeza. Pero esta bonito y es facil de doblar. Lo que si, tuve un par de dudas y el vendedor no contesta los mensajes, y para este tipo de productos no emiten factura [lo comento porque compre una extensión de garantía]

En la publicación pareciera que es más grande de lo que realmente es, pero me gustó y es adecuado para mí acondicionamiento físico, buenos terminados y materiales
