Purchased for my dad you had his larynx removed. It's an effective way for him to 'speak'

Good sound.
Sound is better than Servox. 25 years without Larynx. This product does good job.

... when I thought the Tru Tone could not get better it did
Just when I thought the Tru Tone could not get better it did, I now can charge it on the go in my car or hotel room without having to take the battery out. It gives me confidence to know I will never run low on my battery charge at any time. I just plug it in like I do my phone over night and I am good to go. Great job Griffin I love it. 8~)

The product is Not at all like the picture and makes a tremendous buzzing noise I truly want the version shown due to the fact that it is easier to speak with, weighs less, smaller, and you can pin point your tone & pitch adjustments more One important thing is that I DID contact the seller about my concerns and was told to stick he device harder into my neck to help drown out the buzzing Really how rude!!!!
