Appears to be what I needed
I bought a CNC machine but the person who sold it got it from an estate sale and it did not come with controller. (without that it was just aluminum). This appears to be what I needed to get it working again.

Somewhat deceiving
I feel cheated. I purchased this item because it is a 3-axis controller. It can control both a laser "and" a spindle motor. Unfortunately, the software they provide is strictly for a 2-axis laser etching. Had I realized this, I may have searched a little more. Honestly, I have not even received the board yet so my comment is solely on the fact that the software provided is unusable for what I purchased this board for (milling).

3018 off line controller. I can't get it to read my G code.
The controller works to move the spindle manually. It runs the 3 sample G codes, but will not run my G code
