I purchased this tea along with, Hibiscus, Yarrow, Red Raspberry. But a little back story TMI SO BE PREPARED, I've always had irregular cycles. There were times i would go 6 months without a period and when it would come i would be on for weeks or months, so this was the norm for me. So about 2 months ago i started my period nothing major just light spotting here and there and out of nowhere my period was heavier than normal LIKE SUPER HEAVY, MASSIVE CLOTS that i haven't had before. It had gotten so heavy i stated wearing tampons and overnight pads and was still bleeding through those. I mean changing those every hour on the hour. So at this point i was like something has to give. Going to the hospital was not an option because i already knew that they would either prescribe me birth control or talk about surgery and that was for an option for me. SO I DID MY RESEARCH, days or research and i came or YARROW, SHEPHERD PURSE, RED RASPBERRY & HIBISCUS TEA AND MY LORD WANT HE DO IT. I combined all these teas and drank it 5x day for 4 days and the bleeding has completely stopped. WHEN I SAY COMPLETELY STOPPED I MEAN JUST THAT. I also ate raw carrot salad everyday and took vitamin c pills and baby I feel so relieved. For those reading this still contemplating on getting this RUN DONT WALK TO PURCHASE THIS YOU WANT REGRET IT. UPDATE IT HAS NOW BEEN A WEEK AFTER MY PERIOD STOPPED AND ITS STILL HASN’T RETURNED. I stopped drinking the tea once i saw that i wasn’t bleeding anymore just to see if the bleeding would return and to my surprise NOTHING. No spotting ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I am so excited to not have to get up every hour changing my tampon/pad. Finding this tea has changed my life tremendously. LADIES I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH TO DO YOUR RESEARCH FIND OUT WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOUR BODY. THIS TEA IS AN ABSOLUTE LIFE CHANGER FOR SURE.

This tea has a neutral flavor, not too bad. It was recommended to me by my grandmother for heavy or prolong periods. I only took two cups for two days and my period finally stopped. I had my period for 10 days already, it was such a blessing to find this tea. Perimenoupause can distrupt your period and my gyno wanted to put me on meds to stop my period. This tea is natural and it worked for me!

Smells terrible, but works.

The tik tok ladies put me in to this item. Works amazingly for flow and pain. I recommend this to all women. Trying the lady’s mantle tea to see if it’s also good

This herb is wonderful and worked almost instantly for me . I am relieved . I read the reviews and I couldn't agree more . This is a game changer .

This tea has worked great for me. It helps makes my cycles lighter and not so intense so far it has knocked my cycles down from 7 days to 4-5 days.

Made me bleed more. Gave me painful cramps. Really wanted this to work but intensified DEPO Shot side effects. Stopped drinking this felt better. For reference I stated with a cup, went up to 5 cups a day (10-20 minutes infused water) and felt Horrible. It did seem to alleviate some symptoms as a Yoni or douche, but only for a short time. Spent more time prepping than the relief. Switched to Maca Pills (about 5-10 a day) for a week and ALL symptoms and bleeding stopped. I am a 30 year old woman, if that helps.

I got this since I have irregular bleeding all the time and very long periods. Within one to two days of taking it, it stops the bleed.
