Beautiful, high quality, wonderful Bounce. Easy to set up and move around. Beautiful carrying bag. The Rebounder is steong and sturdy. The legs pull out and fold easily. I am 64, have arthritic knees, no balance and haven't exercised in several years. First off, I recommend you also purchase the stabilization bar. Then you have now worries off falling. It will take time to get your balance back once you start healing by bouncing. Two minutes a day is the minimum to start healing every cell and muscle in your body. After 4 days, I've lost 5 pounds and can already see changed I my face and body. My lymph system is draining and my inflammation is decreasing dramatically. Keep your knees slightly bent and start slowly. YOU GOT THIS!!

I am completely thrilled with my Fit Bounce Pro XL! This is a high quality, beautifully made piece of equipment that feels like it will last a lifetime. In fact, the manufacturer obviously agrees since they warrant the frame and the foldable legs for life and the mat for two years. The set up was a dream. Just clip the zip ties around the bungee cords (smart thinking Fit Bounce!!), pop the legs into place, unfold, turn it over, and start bouncing!! There is a trick to the unfolding in that your hand placement on the frame is key. It comes in its own storage bag. It will easily fit in a corner or under a bed for storage, but I don’t see mine coming down any time soon. The quality of the bounce is perfect for me. The mat is firm but very springy. The size of the mat makes me feel safe and confident. Fit Bounce equipped this awesome mini-trampoline with a thick safety mat that covers the bungees, so there’s no fear of accidentally stepping off the mat and through the ‘springs.’ I purchased the safety bar separately because I’m an older lady with knee issues. It’s also an easy install and increases my confidence bouncing. I don’t have even one negative to add. I love everything about it. I am just so totally thrilled with the product! I really wish I had known about the world of Fit Bounce at the beginning of lockdown!!!! Would have been a life changer....but it still will be! I've been wanting a low impact, folding, silent rebounder ever since I borrowed my grandchildren's steel coil rebounder which was noisy and contributed to joint pain. I did a LOT of research to find the rebounder that would match what I was looking for. When I read about the Fit Bounce Pro XL - I knew I had found it!! It is extremely well made, easy to assemble, and a silent joy to use. I have osteoporosis, so I wanted to be certain that the tension was just right to get the positive bone effects but not too strong to negatively affect my joints. The tension is just perfect (120# person)! I also knew that I would want the larger size of the Pro XL so that I could move freely because I enjoy doing a variety of exercises such as Jumping Jacks. I'm so glad I purchased the larger size. The other feature that was important to me was that it would fold. I don't have a separate work-out room so it goes in my open-plan living room/dining room where it's convenient for me to work out and a reminder as I walk by. When I have company over, I merely fold it up and put it away. I am incredibly satisfied+ with this product. The Fit Bounce customer service (Liza) is very knowledgeable, responsive, polite and helpful.

My FIT BOUNCE PRO XL is a life saver. I am a 66-year-old gal who has always been healthy, strong and fit. I cook nutritious food, eat well and exercise, but during the pandemic I contracted a serious bizarre autoimmune disorder that left me unable to exercise for almost a year. I lost a LOT of hard-earned muscle, strength and stamina, had severe insomnia, and gained 10 lbs. I became high risk for infections, so I had to isolate and discontinue all in-person fitness/exercise programs. This took a toll on my mental health. When the zipper to my carry case broke, they responded IMMEDIATELY and sent me a new carry case—and included a free pair of grip socks and a HIIT Rebound Workout DVD with their apologies! I am attaching a video of me back on my FIT BOUNCE PRO XL Rebounder after a recent additional 2 months that I could not exercise due to covid. Here, I am restarting slowly with stretches and high kicks. Before this bout of covid I had worked up to 30 minute sessions in which my arms are above my head most of the session—sets of jumping jacks, rapid overhead arm swimming backward and forward, Boot Camp HIIT workouts, cross jacks, 360 airspins, burpees, low squats, fast high knees, jumping on one leg at a time with alternate legs held out up waist high, one leg held folded up to my chest, one leg up behind to my glutes, boxing, diagonal stretches, punching, twists, dance moves, and more, plus anything else I can make up while listening to fun radio station music playlists via Alexa. I will update with a post of another video in a couple weeks, when I’m fully back in my groove again!

I love this rebounder. I like that the 48" platform provides more room for moving. The bungee cords allow for a great bounce, not too stiff!! This rebounder is quality made and comes with sample workouts.

After researching and watching tons of YouTube videos/reviews, I purchased the Fit Bounce Pro Xl because it is marketed as folding easily and having a soft bounce which is gentle on our joints. It is also marketed as being easy to travel with. This is my experience: it is huge and heavy. I have a very small space so I wanted to fold it after use but even folded in the bag it takes up quite a bit of space. I cut my finger deeply trying to fold the legs in. It takes quite a bit of strength to fold and unfold including folding the legs or unfolding and its way too heavy to carry around to bounce in different locations. The bounce is soft and lovely, it does make noise after using for a couple of months. Due to the softness it is hard to keep up and stay balanced with an exercise video. In fact - the exercise videos provided with the rebounder have instructors who are using spring rebounders which are much firmer and easier for exercise videos than a soft bungee rebounder which is what the Fit Bounce Pro XL is. It is a high quality product and alot of fun, the space to bounce is great if you have room. I bounce nearly every day and exercise pretty hard and rarely feel sore. But if you want it to get in shape I feel the bungees probably need to be firmer. That being said this is my first rebounder and considering the price a long term investment. I just wish these rebounders could be tested somewhere because Im not sure I would buy it again.

Bounce to the moon! It took some time for me to research my rebounder. I have limited space and I travel to and from houses. I don’t have exercise equipment at one place so I miss out on exercising for about 1-2 weeks. Plus my old rebounder had springs, screw in legs, was lopsided plus it had a small hard surface to jump on. With those descriptions I had to do something. I’m very active and I need equipment that works plus I’m 73 years young no time to break anything! I needed a wider surface to bounce on, fold up legs, sturdy rebounding surface, transportable, easy to take with me to my other place. I looked long and hard at a very expensive rebounder with these features and it would have cost me over 1,000$ unassembled. Fit Bounce Pro XL came assembled with a CARRYING CASE,! Can you hear me!?? Folding legs, sturdy, 31” rebounding surface everything I wanted in a trampoline and more. I received it when they said it would arrive in excellent condition. Not hard to unpack. I had it ready to jump on in less than 30 minutes. Man-O-Mighty! When I got on it I knew my Bentley had arrived! I am so satisfied with my purchase that it will not be announced that I have it until I have filled my satisfaction of rebounding 😁. If you are looking for an awesome rebounder I want to encourage you to look and purchase a Fit Bounce Pro, you won’t be disappointed. Oh they supplied extra bungee cords and balancers for floors that aren’t level, a counter and a DVD. I will write more about my health and it’s improvement and wt. loss progress. I weigh 137 and got a 400lb wt limit trampoline.. it meets everything I wanted in a trampoline. The price was worth every penny. It’s so easy to bounce on and NO SPRINGS, great on your joints. We bought the 48-inch FitBounce Pro XL in Feb 2024 and loved it from the get-go. We like the larger diameter, which gives us that much more room to work out on. Although I was initially uncertain about the absence of springs, I actually like the bungee loops; they are very easy to adjust and make for a quieter bounce. I had known of rebounders from the early 1980s, but hadn't really tried one until trying the FitBounce Pro XL, and really found the usefulness of this great unit. This unit folds in half, the legs also fold in and it has its own carrying case, which is awesome for portability and storing. The bounce area is very durable; I can bounce with or without shoes. Also, the unit is very stable. This kind of rebounder is an excellent way to work out, whether by intense cardio exercises, core exercises, calisthenics, just to name a few types. The bounce is gentle and makes a workout easy on the joints. We have heard that rebounding also is great for the lymph nodes, just another great by-product of working out with the FitBounce Pro XL. I highly recommend it!! :-)
